This is because I've been fishing for barbel and chub and they haven't been showing unless you're on the barbel flier pegs. This video makes me realise i need to change tactics. Many thanks
Usual the flow dictate what weight I will use, generally if the float body rides out with the bristle tilted 45 degrees the float is too light, I select heavier until the float bristle settles vertical against the flow, when the float is held still against the flow.
