Ich habe die 3 Schraubn des Höhenverstellers an der noch liegenden Stange gelockert, wenn ich dann an der Stange drehe unabhängig davon ob am Boden liegend odr bereits aufgerichtet, dreht sich die komplette Stange mit anstelle von nur der B-Pole. Es wird also die Höhe wie in meinem Fall gewünscht weder verkürzt (rechts drehen)... noch erweitert (nach links drehen).Ic rolle quasi nur die Stange durch die Wohnung und keiner kann mir helfen.Ich dachte an dich, da x-Pole mir keine Rückmeldung gibt und ein Xperin wie du mir vielleicht helfen kann? Side note: die Stange auf spining stellen durch lockern der 2 Fußscraube wäre erst der nächste Schritt, we ich das jetzt mache verliert die Stange lediglich den Fuß ansonsten bleibt aber leider alles gleich. Bitte um deinen Rat
I ALSO found that my new pole is much more slippery than the well-used studio poles. For anyone who may be wondering, I have a 45 mm chrome pole X-pert Pro from X-pole! Dry hands works for me quite well and I find that the "sticker" heels help me stick better to the pole as well!

Do u really like chrome? I can understand switching from powder, but why not spring for brass or even steel? I've been poling for 2> years & went powder ➡️ chrome ➡️ steel ➡️ brass. Hi Sandra! I currently can only use my x stage lite outside but live in a place with all four seasons. I use my stainless when it gets warmer out but am out of luck when it starts to get colder. I am wondering if I should get a powder coated pole for the cooler months? Or would a silicone pole be even better? I will be poling with clothes on in colder months. Please let me know what you think!
@@SandraFlow After a few years of using chrome I thought it became a bit greasy and I thought steel would be more reliable and last longer. Yeah I understand the struggle, some days are fantastic and others are terrible ;)
I have a stainless steel one and it’s super slippery, especially in the cold. You have to heat the bar very well before using it, and it takes a long time because of the cold weather that is here. I’ve already used chrome and it’s easier than stainless. And my stainless steel is quite greasy too. He’s from xpole pro
Hello I have a pole question.. I have a pole that I got many years ago but I was in the move of moving so its been sitting for a while... It also spin too.. I just put it up and I was trying to get it to spin again but it's really hard to spin freely..I also a have a real pole that don't come apart.. What can I use on it??

Does anyone feel like chrome gets more slippery when warm than cold??? I've used stainless and noticed the grip gets better w/ warmth, but hot chrome is as slick as ice to me...dry hands or not 😱
For me chrome is super slippery when cold and only gets grippy when warm 😅 do you have sweaty or dry hands? It also depends on the skin type… so many different aspects to think about 🙈

Hey 💜☺️ I don’t think it’s possible to paint it yourself. I would recommend to sell your pole and buy the powder coated one. It’s very grippy though and might be too much. Where do you live? If you’re in a humid climate in summer brass could be even better for you. My chrome pole gets quite slippery too and I‘m thinking of going back to a powder coated pole 🙈

Glad it was helpful Melani! 😍 I'm also renting and it doesn't damage the ceiling or the floor (both the base and the doom have a buffer). Sometimes it can leave marks on the ceiling but you can just clean that with a normal detergent. I've never heard from anyone that the pole damaged anything (unless your ceiling or floor is not suitable to set up a pole).

I really wished there was a way to touch a brass pole before I seriously consider getting one. Otherwise I would go for chrome simply because I don't want to face huge transitions once I'm going back and forth between the studio and, hopefully, a home pole. I agree that brass isn't as pretty, and I'm a bit concerned that it might have the brass smell? :/
I've had the brass xpole for over a year now and it's become discoloured and still smells terrible. It's hard to get out of your hands even after washing sometimes. Unless there's something you could do to fix those issues, i personally wouldn't recommend the brass!

Stainless steel is the best!! I went to a pole fitness class yesterday evening.. they only had powder coated ones... jeezz I got such a burn on certain parts of my skin. :( .. Hi! I just got powder coated and my friend has really slippery hands and has problem with powder coated too, even with silicon pole. Can I use a grip aid on powder coated? Can I use liquid chalk or I tac?
You can use every grip aid on a powder coated pole! I usually have dry hands and I didn;t need much grip aid but I do need grip aid on my chrome pole now. If you have sweaty hands try liquid chalk, if you're hands are dry you can try itac. I use Sticky Molly and I love it! Will make a video about it soon ❤

Yes you can remove it anytime you want, you don't need screws or anything like that. The pole doesn't damage the ceiling or the floor. It's perfect if you're renting, you just need to make sure your ceiling is strong enough to set it up :)
is the x lock worth it- im considering waiting another month for the xpert pro presale, or i can get the xpert (nxn) (without the x lock) now, but im so conflicted
It really depends how often you would switch in between. I love the x lock and would always get it again 😍 but if you only train at home of course you can just use the key which takes a minutes. It’s really up to you. As long as you buy an Xpole you can’t make a wrong decision ☺️

littleliarsvideos as much as I know it is safe, I’ve seen a lot of pole dancers with a carpet underneath the pole. If you use a thick carpet make sure you adjust the pole again after 1 or 2 days (because the carpet will flatten out from the pressure of the pole and then the pole could get too loose). Hey, so I only have 1.5m to each side. Xpole recommends that nothing should be in the way if you walk around the pole and hold onto the pole with both arms straight to both sides (does that makes sense? haha). I can touch my mirror so it's not perfect but I can work with it.
I haven't started pole dancing I live near the sea. In the South of India. It is hot and humid here most of the year except during rainy season. I have dry skin but we sweat a lot here. I wonder which pole is best .. I don't have any pole dancing classes in my area but if I move to another city I may be able to get some classes.

I ALSO found that my new pole is much more slippery than the well-used studio poles. For anyone who may be wondering, I have a 45 mm chrome pole X-pert Pro from X-pole! Dry hands works for me quite well and I find that the "sticker" heels help me stick better to the pole as well!

Hi Sandra! I currently can only use my x stage lite outside but live in a place with all four seasons. I use my stainless when it gets warmer out but am out of luck when it starts to get colder. I am wondering if I should get a powder coated pole for the cooler months? Or would a silicone pole be even better? I will be poling with clothes on in colder months. Please let me know what you think!

I have a stainless steel one and it’s super slippery, especially in the cold. You have to heat the bar very well before using it, and it takes a long time because of the cold weather that is here. I’ve already used chrome and it’s easier than stainless. And my stainless steel is quite greasy too. He’s from xpole pro

For me chrome is super slippery when cold and only gets grippy when warm 😅 do you have sweaty or dry hands? It also depends on the skin type… so many different aspects to think about 🙈

Hey 💜☺️ I don’t think it’s possible to paint it yourself. I would recommend to sell your pole and buy the powder coated one. It’s very grippy though and might be too much. Where do you live? If you’re in a humid climate in summer brass could be even better for you. My chrome pole gets quite slippery too and I‘m thinking of going back to a powder coated pole 🙈

Glad it was helpful Melani! 😍 I'm also renting and it doesn't damage the ceiling or the floor (both the base and the doom have a buffer). Sometimes it can leave marks on the ceiling but you can just clean that with a normal detergent. I've never heard from anyone that the pole damaged anything (unless your ceiling or floor is not suitable to set up a pole).

I really wished there was a way to touch a brass pole before I seriously consider getting one. Otherwise I would go for chrome simply because I don't want to face huge transitions once I'm going back and forth between the studio and, hopefully, a home pole. I agree that brass isn't as pretty, and I'm a bit concerned that it might have the brass smell? :/
I've had the brass xpole for over a year now and it's become discoloured and still smells terrible. It's hard to get out of your hands even after washing sometimes. Unless there's something you could do to fix those issues, i personally wouldn't recommend the brass!

Stainless steel is the best!! I went to a pole fitness class yesterday evening.. they only had powder coated ones... jeezz I got such a burn on certain parts of my skin. :( .. You can use every grip aid on a powder coated pole! I usually have dry hands and I didn;t need much grip aid but I do need grip aid on my chrome pole now.
If you have sweaty hands try liquid chalk, if you're hands are dry you can try itac. I use Sticky Molly and I love it! Will make a video about it soon ❤

Yes you can remove it anytime you want, you don't need screws or anything like that. The pole doesn't damage the ceiling or the floor. It's perfect if you're renting, you just need to make sure your ceiling is strong enough to set it up :)

It really depends how often you would switch in between. I love the x lock and would always get it again 😍 but if you only train at home of course you can just use the key which takes a minutes. It’s really up to you. As long as you buy an Xpole you can’t make a wrong decision ☺️

@@SandraFlow is it safe to put a pole onto of carpet or a yoga mat? I couldn't find if it was safe or not online
littleliarsvideos as much as I know it is safe, I’ve seen a lot of pole dancers with a carpet underneath the pole. If you use a thick carpet make sure you adjust the pole again after 1 or 2 days (because the carpet will flatten out from the pressure of the pole and then the pole could get too loose). How many space do you recomend between the wall and the pole? Im not sure if I can put one in my room 😅
Hey, so I only have 1.5m to each side. Xpole recommends that nothing should be in the way if you walk around the pole and hold onto the pole with both arms straight to both sides (does that makes sense? haha). I can touch my mirror so it's not perfect but I can work with it.

I haven't started pole dancing I live near the sea. In the South of India. It is hot and humid here most of the year except during rainy season. I have dry skin but we sweat a lot here. I wonder which pole is best .. I don't have any pole dancing classes in my area but if I move to another city I may be able to get some classes.
Just get a pole. Yu don't need the classes
