Pt 7: Opening Up the Stairwell - Biggest Update Yet! | Lakeside Bungalow AirBnb

Getting rid of this closed-in stairwell is probably THE biggest update we could make to this lakeside home remodel. None of these walls were load bearing so I was able to do anything I wanted to them, which of course meant creating an open floorplan.
Not only will this look better, but it'll help with the airflow in here too since there is only 1 HVAC unit.
I hope you enjoy the last bit of demo here because next week we are going to be re-building the bathrooms!
