Raising Capable Kids- Equipment suitable for kids in the kitchen

I love getting the kids involved in cooking from an early age and learning about how their food is made. Grab and cook recipes are a great way of getting the kids involved as they aren't having to do any of the cooking they are just preparing the meal ready for the freezer! It is really important that kids have kitchen equipment that is suitable so they aren't injuring themselves.
