Hello, I just made one following these instructions; however, when my clients click the link it doesn't open. It shows loading and if you scroll down it has a sign up option. To people have to have an account to see the form?
Hi, In order for your clients to access the form directly without creating an account, please grab your form link then share it through your email. Here's how to get your form link www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL. Make sure the form's access settings is also set to Public form so anyone with the form link can access the form directly. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form. FYI, if you have shared your form to your client's email addresses through the Publish tab > Invite By Email then you're actually assigning them the form so they will be asked to create an account before they could access the form.
Where is the data save ?? In jotform server ?? or we can set it up to a certain place?
Your data is stored in JotForm's servers securely. We use Google cloud services for our main servers. You can read more about it on our security page here www.jotform.com/security/. If you want a certain location of your server, that's possible when you become an Enterprise user so you get to choose the physical location of your server. You can read more about JotForm Enterprise here www.jotform.com/enterprise/.
I want to create a form that I can fill out with attendance information. I want to send this form to various parents. I want to enter customized information for each parent. I want to receive a notification confirming they have received the notification. I want to be able to keep a record of the notifications sent/received like a spreadsheet. How can I do this with Jotform? If I use the multiple recipients will I be able to attach or enter customized data for each individual recipient?

Forms include an email notification and an autoresponder by default. The email notification will be sent to you, and the autoresponder will be sent to the submitter after the form is submitted. For the paid plan, you can create as many email notifications and autoresponders for multiple recipients. You can also customize each of the email/autoresponder templates if you like. To manage your submissions, you can login to your Jotform account and view/edit all your form submissions on Tables. Here's how to view your form submissions: www.jotform.com/help/269-how-to-view-form-submissions/. You can also integrate your form with Google Sheets, which will automatically send a copy of the submission to your Google sheet. If your form has multiple pages, you can add Form Tabs widget in your form so your form users can easily navigate or jump between pages. You can add the Form Tabs widget from the Widgets section in Form Builder or you can check this link www.jotform.com/widgets/form-tabs.

Does the person signing the form have to sign up with JotForm to fill it out??
By default, they do not need to signup to fill/sign the form. They can fill out and sign the form immediately. However, there's a settings in the form where you can share your form private so users will have to create a JotForm account before they can fill out the form. Hi, It seems that your system has a few glitches. Especially something this important. We have gathered data offline and at the end of the day, we sync this submission. We are at least missing more than half of the submissions. We need your immediate action on this issue. We are very disappointed.
• The question is why does this happen?
• Where are the missing submissions?
Details:
• We have a Gold Plan
• The submissions are shared with our staffs who has created a free plan.
• Submission per staff can range from 100 - 500
• Submission is gathered offline and sync at the end of the day.
THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK UNTIL NOW NO SOLUTION FROM YOUR SIDE.

To start receiving submissions, you can share your form links or embed the forms on your website. When someone fills out and submits your form, you will receive their submissions via email. We have integrations with Discord through Zapier so it would need Zapier account to connect Jotform with Discord. This integration will allow you to send form submissions to Discord and post channel messages for each new form submissions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically connect Jotform with MS Access due to lack of API support in MS Access. A workaround is to download your Jotform submissions data to excel file and import it manually into your MS Access database. While this is possible to achieve with Jotform, we'd still recommend using 3rd party apps (such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign and etc) designed mainly for sending bulk emails so you can easily manage and analyze email results using the features offered by the 3rd party emailing app you choose . this is the most non-intuitive way to create a form . u type smth, you never know how it looks, how big is your text, does it fit within the form, etc. it does have good integration but it is painful for everyone to create a form.

While the form you build will look exactly the same on the actual form, you can still always preview your form on the form builder. one of the least user friendly form builders. Wish they would atleast let us format text or resize different sections. Seems like they are missing rather basic functions.
I fail to understand the logic behind adding a background music in tutorial videos. It does nothing but create distortion. This video can be much better without this annoying background music.
It is hard enough to try to understand what he is talking about, but to be subjected to this horrible music is torture and makes it difficult to focus. No music please. None.
