New Parallax Continued would cut your jet down in a moment as trees are now lethal death sticks - when everyone upgrades to it on full release there are going to a lot more crashes.
I mean, the FAA would like a minimum spacing of at least 500ft from terrain, 1000ft to be safe, and a whole 2000ft from mountainous terrain.. so this is a little close :>
I believe it’s off in the stock graphic settings for pc/ mac It is under graphic settings scatterer if you set the setting to max try flying out east of the KSC up to the hills that’s where I find them
In this case I am using an avionics mod and a joystick. The mod is called atmosphere autopilot and I have a 12yr old logitech extreme 3D joystick Before using the mod I try and get the control surfaces to only do one thing (pitch, yaw, and roll based on their design). I limit their authority to 5-10 degrees and turn on smooth controls (tab if pc, enter if Mac)
Look into the basic principals of aerodynamic stability, why they make planes the way they do. Theres a lot of small things to keep in mind, but the thing most people struggle with in my experience is putting the center of mass and the center of lift in the right spots, balancing those 2 make up probably 80% of aircraft stability
My setup includes a joystick and the keyboard and mouse. This flight was controlled on joystick and inputs smoothed out by atmosphere autopilot mod. That mod is a fly by wire avionics control mod that allows you to get very precise movements.
You can find the stock trees under the scenery settings/terrain scatter and /scatter density. The default is lower than seen in my video. I have the terrain scatter max and density max in my graphics settings. There is also a mod (which my iMac can’t run) called parallax 2.0 which adds an amazing amount of detail to the game terrain. Definitely worth checking out
when you wanna play warhunder but cant be botherd with the sweaty kids
Hahaha, I haven’t played war thunder before- I was always annoyed by the kids in the servers with gran turismo
@@NickBDesigns frfr I wouldn't bother, you will waste half your life on the grind 😭😭
@@Blatant-pidgeon2 thanks for the advice on it :) Getting into a new game these days is hard with the little bit of time I do get to have fun
TRUEEEEEEEE
*paranoidally makes the plane supermanuverable*
It’s the best way to fly
Flying low isn't dangerous. It's crashing low that'll kill ya
That’s the answer I believe in
"It's not the fall that kills you, its the sudden stop at the end..."

i just love how the tail wings look on this
Thanks, I love using these tail wings in different ways

Ooooo this sounds amazing
I am unfortunately not able to run parallax 2.0 or newer as my system is an older intel iMac

I’ll post my latest low altitude soon, flying over hills while trying to keep under 100m to ground
The FAA doesn't know about what doesn't show up on radar
@@StealthTheUnknown my goal is to make them believe I’m just a bird flying at 300 mph
it wasn't the low altitude that killed you, it was the giant mountain that you crashed into
Yup, I definitely made sure to have more power for the next flight :)
I have never seen trees in my version of Kerbal Space Program, so I guess you are using a mod of some kind for that.

Oo nice
Getting dicy
might need to turn around
abort
Nice flying!
Thank you very much
How do you get planes so stable? I’ve never been able to do it, but it seems so cool

@@NickBDesigns I meant the plane design, I just can't pull it off

That is not played on a keyboard and mouse is it? is it?
