The problem with puberty is with males it really is irreversible. With women it's easy to transition, you just remove yr breasts and go on testosterone- job done- you dont even need bottom surgery. Try being an adult Male and transitioning. You've got height and broad shoulders, Adam's apple, masculine facial features and face/bodily hair. Manly hands, possibly receded hairline. Then theres bottom surgery a very expensive invasive and dangerous procedure to go through. So it's easy for you a biological girl to say no to puberty blockers as its simpler to transition later on in adulthood. However when it comes to biological males once puberty has naturally taken place, we are stuck looking manly. Puberty like it or not for some is a major concern that for those who do genuinely have gender dysphoria, it can take multiple costly and time consuming procedures to undo. Something you as a biological women never had to worry about. Just a few monthly testosterone injections over 2-3 years easy peasy (once you pass the assessments). I bet you still have a womb, overies, uterus and 🌮...yet your transitioned to look very much like a biological male and easily pass in public. Your transitioning is nothing to that of a biological males transitioning. So when you say no to puberty blockers, your condemning alot of individuals to the negative effects of irreversible biological puberty. It's a one sided policy with you. You've just shown trans women, who have gone through male puberty and let's be honest they still look masculine. When you talk about suicide, its biological males with gender dysphoria that do this out of complete inability to control what's happening to thier bodies during forced natural puberty. Its cruel to force a male with gender dysphoria to have to go through natural puberty, knowing when they are legal to transition it will finally be almost impossible to perform and pass as a woman. The only point I agree with is that children should be allowed to Express themselves freely without stereotypical restrictions. Puberty however, its something that needs a serious debate around youngsters with dysphoria.

I just found your channel yesterday ❤ I wish I had someone so rational and reasonable about transitioning. Thank you so much for the courage and audacity to speak out against some of this hypocrisy. Wish I had someone like you back when I was lost in my gender confusion.
Long story short I am a autistic masculine woman who majority likes women. My whole life was just stuck… trying to mentally fight against the gender norms. In my own situation I chose later in my life to not transition, it would have made me personally in a worse place. I am now happy.
Figured I share a problem very hard for me to handle some days. I took a bus… and went cross country. I am very tomboy butch… but more goth mohawk woman… when I go into the women bathroom has always been an issue for me, in certain places. While talking the bus trip I had a Lady say “THERE IS A MAN IN THE BATHROOM” she got the police/security and followed me everywhere on that bus station.. I was respectful in the bathroom, and never (as autistic) meet people’s eyes in the bathroom. Went in did my business and now was being sexually harassed… the conflict ended when I stood up and said okay.. From my voice I am female, do I have to show you my female genitalia to prove this is sexual harassment. The officer realized the issue.. and told the lady to leave me alone… it was a scary moment bc if any biological man listened to her I would have been hurt.
In addition… I still walk around the world with the same fear all biological women like me face. I am so happy I look more dude-ish or tomboy to where most men find me unattractive.. but still… the fear is still there. Kinda a double edge sword bc I like men here and there

I’ve had 3 4-year olds and trust me, they have NO desire to swap genders - or to even think about gender/sex. They want to be a Power Ranger/Barney/etc… Just because my daughter played with her brother’s Hot Wheels and my son toted his sister’s doll, it didn’t mean anything- except that they’re 4-years old. If adults decide to swap genders that’s on them, but leave the children alone!!!

My son loved the color purple cause me and his dad love purple. Guess what? He loves superheroes like me and transformers like his dad, does not think he's a girl, and neither do my husband or I think we're the opposite gender because we like a few things that are "gender non-conforming." Gender STEREOTYPES are a social construct. Pink used to be considered a masculine color until it swapped about 80 or so years ago. Stereotypes are bad; just let people be people and stop pretending just because you like the current generation's stereotypes that belong to a different gender that means you're actually that gender rather than the one you were born as.

Most states has a crime called statutory rape. And this usually deals with minors in their teen years having sex with adults. In some cases, these minors consent to it. But due to their age, the law does not recognize that as consent.
Yet we expect young young children who have not hit puberty yet to be able to consent to the process of changing their gender. Someone, please explain that to me.

All I keep seeing now is fem gay guys who were totally functioning as gay men and who like make up suddenly claiming trans usually because they want the men who date trans women. Delusional. I had attempts at taking my own life because of sex and gender dysphoria and these people are viewing it as a light hearted choice to improve their sex and dating lives. Shapeshifter was one of them. It broke my heart the day he really wanted a mermaid toy at the dollar store but then backed out because he was worried what the other kids at school would say. I told him to ignore what anyone thinks. If you like it, you like it. He did get it in the end but watching that excited spark die from social pressure.... thats tough.

Exactly! These "boy toys" or "girl toys" are only that because society has said that. toys are not connected with gender. it is true though that kids of one gender generally prefer one type of toy over another, this does not make the toys they play with only for their gender. I ask them what makes a toy for a certain gender they won't be able to give a good answer. Both genders can benefit from playing a variety of toys. I have heard boys playing with dolls made them better fathers.

Also, if a 28 year old woman is told she can't have her tubes tied or get a hysterectomy because "she might change her mind" about having kids. If they have dysphoria they should be allowed to for treatment. But ya I agree if the prevailing rule is preventing people from life altering changes. They should not allow kids to transition.

They can have symptoms of personality disorders, but they can grow out of them, or they can turn into something else, or be symptoms of their surroundings etc. Why is being trans different. Yes, some kids childhood gender dysphoria WILL turn out to be transgenderism... but not all kids with gender dysphoria will. Sometimes its a symptom of sexual abuse, or an early symptom of being gay, or a symptom of autism, or some might just be really uncomfortable in their body, and will thus develop into eating disorder. You have to keep in mind that if we allow medical transitions at 18, it's probably better for the people who have doubts to have a few years of knowing what it's like to live as trans, before they're allowed to take further steps. That way, they can't try to rush medical steps and are more informed by the actual consequences of being a trans individual. The age of consent is also 16 on average. If you're allowed to have sex at that age, I think socially transitioning isn't that big of a deal either. What we should do is make this trans thing less hyped. I grew up with *actual* gender dysphoria. Idk if it was mild or if my parents just raised me properly but despite the struggle I am so thankful I never transitioned, because (no offense to them but) I find straight men way more attractive than gay men. 😜
I only stopped having dysphoria within the past year...and when it finally happened, for the first time in my life, I wanted to have kids with my husband.

The fact that these people reduce gender to "boy clothes and girl clothes" and "boy toys and girl toys" makes me think that they haven't matured passed the age of 5.
Either that or they have incredible bad faith.

Most people can't actually remember what happened when they were four years old, even if they think they can. Human memory is not "read only" like a protected computer file; it is plastic, and the act of remembering an event can rewrite it to better fit new information that was acquired later. That is why police try to separate potential witnesses to a crime. If the witnesses are allowed to talk to each other, they will subconsciously edit their recollections to match what others are saying.

Some lesbians and gay men say they knew they were "different" from early childhood. So maybe a 4-year-old "knows" they're not a "regular" boy or girl, but not that they're trans. I think a lot of kids who now are considered trans are really gay and would be completely happy in their bith sex. I knew a woman who never never wore dresses, played rugby, etc., and was very proud and glad to be a woman. She was ALL 100% woman, just didn't conform to what society defines as "feminine."

I met a nice formally trans-identified person at work the other day. She also has terrible endometriosis. Poor thing was told by school teachers to lie to her parents about her feelings about her gender. With the teacher's help, she was approved for "gender affirming care" to include a double mastectomy...but the teacher told her that she should NOT ask for the much-needed endometriosis surgery because THAT would require the parent's permission and they might find out about the gender stuff. wtf? Good news is, she finally did tell her parents and they are helping her without interference from this completely inept teacher.

I'm much older than you -- a Baby Boomer who was sexually abused over years. I kept the abuse totally secret until I was 30! Naturally I hated my body. I may have said I wished I were a boy just because my abusers targeted my female body & I thought I'd be safer as a boy. I do know I had PTSD, anxiety and depression and would have done anything to keep my secret hidden. Consequences of trauma often look like something else. I didn't have gender dysphoria; I had LIFE dysphoria. (I'm better now. Hang in there!)

When our daughter started questioning her gender at age 14, he got all on board. She was "dysphoric" for 4 years, having he/they pronouns and stuff...she's 18 now. Even though she is now wearing makeup and dresses again, she still wants to still be they/them and go by their preferred name.... ugh...

My cousin in Portland has a biology degree, two kids & decided to be a they/them in her mid-30s. Never mind that she posts Thot photos in her bikini, showing off her augmented boobs, plus at least one where she’s nude & posing like those pregnant celebrities covering their lady parts. I guess the blue hair is where “they” comes into the equation? She also has a podcast where the first episode is titled “Trans people are precious” that I’ve yet to listen to.

@@madwickedfolly Yeah, I blame her uncle. When her dad was stationed on Korea, her and her big sister came to live with my sister's family, which I also lived there.
My sister's husband had her stay in the downstairs bedroom by the master bedroom while Her sister and I stayed up stairs. I know why and it was a dumb reason.
But, being isolated in that room watching tiktok all day... and eventually her boyfriend trying to force himself on her at prom...
She went from wanting to look like a cute doll to becoming they/them...She even tried "he/him"...But found she "Wasn't just a boy"...but got "gender Euphoria" when people couldn't tell she was a girl.
After her dad came back from Korea, it just...snowballed. Oh...I should mention she is autistic.

This is so odd, when the 60's, 70's and a little bit of the 80's everyone ended up in Unisex chlothing. It helped save money for people with more than one kid. That way a boy or girl could wear the hand me down clothes. Also, parents at that time also used to sew a lot and knit, and made clothes for there kids.
In the 50's and 60's boys did the up tuck to there jeans because they were hand.me.downs and to big to wear.
Anyway my pount is Unisex clothing have been atound for decades and it did help parents save money.

I agree with you. I would like to share my own experience with this with my youngest child. First, what I recognized was that his only influence was feminine, I am a single mother with a very absent father and he also has a sister. After checking out his natal chart, I also saw that he has a feminine polarity (for those who have interest in this sort of thing). When he was 2 he started asking to paint his nails when he saw us girls do it. I would paint them clear, and never steered him away from it or said it was only for girls. He also has a tendency to gravitate to the female characters and shows geared towards girls. He wanted a pink Skye blanket (paw patrol), I simply verified that he was sure he didn’t want Marshall, or Chase instead, nope he was sure. He even has a few “girl” toys. By 4, he still wanted to paint his nails colorfully, so I gave it a go. I never told him it was only for girls or questioned him about his identity, but I did ask him if he ever thought he would want to wear a shirt tailored for girls or a dress while shopping, to which he responded “why would I wear that?”. No reason, I thought it was cute you don’t think so?🤷🏾‍♀️ I prepared him for if he was ever questioned about his nails. If ever asked why he does it, he was instructed to say “creativity is for everyone”. He painted his nails every week for a year, until he met some boys on the neighborhood playground. He said only once did anyone ask about it and no one teased him. He painted his nails a few more times and hasn’t asked again since, about 6 months ago and he’s going on 6 years old in a couple of months. I believe these things can definitely be a phase. Please consider your child’s level of masculine or feminine influences, children emulate who they admire and are around most, it’s how they find themselves. Consider the level of attention you are providing, a young girl who believes their baby brother is getting more attention due to their gender may decide if they change their gender they will get more attention. Consider their interests, some things designated for a particular gender just seem more exciting to the child in question. Also, consider their level of socialization, using my son as an example, he never really played outside or had friends prior, it’s quite clear that he recognized the other boys don’t paint their nails and rather quickly, he conformed to the societal standard once exposed to it. Yes, they do know what they are talking about, they know they like that dress, they know they like that truck, but what they don’t know is that anyone has designated these things to a specific gender identity or sexuality. Considering these things, will save the children from hardship and grief.
Great video and I thank you for your message.

When I was 4 or 5, I asked my mom why I didn’t have the “bottom parts” that my brother had. I would slick my hair back and pretend that I was a boy when we were play fighting with sticks. I played with GI Joes instead of Barbies. I legitimately worry that my mom (who was educated in California) would’ve gone down this gender transition route had I been born today.

There's a pressure for parents to never question everything that could potentially harm their children. Parents seem to want to bypass any hardship everyone might experience in these instances and especially how it'll affect their kids. The parental instincts have dwindled and only do they focus on what society thinks. They are your babies, not anyone else's. Watch over them, provide guidance but don't let the public pressure you into making these life-altering choices. Kids don't need fear from their parents. They need your better judgement and guidance

When I was a kid (5-6 yo) I told my mum that I didn't want to wear skirts or 'girly' clothes anymore. I always wanted to play with 'boy' toys and boys instead of girls. She accepted that and let me express myself as I wanted (with the exception of school uniform).
When I was roughly 14, I sat down and spoke to my mum about 'maybe' being trans. We discussed it at length (because we had an open and honest replationship), and then we went to our family doctor to discuss my options.
Unfortunately, by the time I was able to see a gender specialist therapist my mums health took a major down turn and I didn't want to do anything to my body that would impact my ability to care for her.
Now, at nearly 40 years old, I've been waiting for about 6 years for the next step on my trans journey because of all the 'trans' kids being pushed through the system.
I wish these poor kids weren't fast tracked through GIC's to the medical part of transitioning. There's no harm in the kid in question AND their family going through therapy to ensure the young one is actually a trans kid.

"But actually that's not true. They can know... (Day one ) They either have a 'boy' name, or a 'girl' name'". By that logic I must be a girl, I grew up as a guy with a now common 'girls' name, "Maddison". Yet I am not a girl, nor do I feel like one. It's ridiculous logic.
