My hood is stuck shut... I could almost see how I need to pry on the hood release latch... but you have your thumb in the way and then you take it away in an instant.

Instead of a nut underneath center on my '99 there is a sealed cap thing. No idea how to remove this 'nut'. Can anyone help?
