Now that Tier 4 versions of Flechette and Manstopper exist in the game I figured I should revisit the Double Barreled Shotgun on Veteran for how awesome it gets when both blessings proc. Heavy Sword was brought along to double down on extreme close ranged horde mulching capability with Kraks helping against Crushers/Monsters as needed. Long range targets such as snipers were either dealth with through minimum pellet count shotgun blasts (hopefully with bleeds as a bonus) or teammates.
If you're wondering how I have different sights on my guns, skins on weapons you haven't seen before or weapons on mine and others' backs it's from the Extended Weapon Customization mod that's available on NexusMods in the Darktide Section.

Having Tier 4 versions of Flechette and Man-Stopper on the Double Barrel Shotty is a very happy game changer for Weapons Specialist enjoyers. It feels so comfy being a frontline horde mulcher with a Heavy Sword and Double Barrel
I have manstopper scattershot on my shotgun and its a weapon I havent played with much. Gonna dust it off here soon.

how do u get the damn weapon customisation mod to work every other mod works exept that one
If you're using the one from Nexusmods it's probably outdated since the author is working to add the new Mastery skins to the mod currently. Check out the link to the Darktide Modder's discord in this vid's description and ask around in the mod's thread in particular and people should be able to help you specifically.

Hey whats the reason for 9 stamina?
Veteran has 3 insane talents for Toughness Mitigation and Replenishment:
Confirmed Kill, Close Order Drill, and Iron Will.
Those 3 alone make it so any Veteran build with them has the best baseline Toughness state of all 4 classes in the game. At higher difficulties assuming you are constantly killing Elites/Specials in active combat you are functionally tankier than an Ogryn as long as you are above 75% toughness and don't eat easily avoidable melee/ranged/overhead hits. This gets even crazier if you use Voice of Command with Duty and Honour since the effect of Iron Will will calculate off of that increased total too. Veteran also has the longest Stamina Regeneration Delay out of all 4 classes so it helps to have a large pool of Stamina compared to the others.
Because of that, if you get comfy with Veteran to the point that I have, then toughness/hp/wound curios are a waste on Veteran. Instead I full send stamina so I can sprint more, push attack more, block more, have a much longer Deadshot window if needed, and etc.
