Plumeria ‘Common White’ Frangipani bears clusters of beautifully fragrant white flowers that have a yellow tinge in the centre and glossy dark green leaves. It flowers during the warmer months of November through to April. Flowers appear in clusters at the end of branches and have a very distinctive fragrance.
