Всем доброго дня. Украина с вами. Приготовила пирог, но с большими изменениями. Фитнес пирог стал у меня шарлоткой из овсянки. Но всё равно это очень вкусно. Вместо эритрита сахар ,около 100 грм. Добавка только изюм, на свой вкус. У меня много , нравится. Остальных ингредиентов не было,а яблоки необходимо было спасать. 4 больших яблока натерла на тёрку и добавила сок апельсина вместо воды. И ещё 40-50мл растительного масла без запаха. Духовка держит 180° 40 минут.форма 22. на дно пергамент, бока хорошо смазала ивочным маслом. Рекомендую. Вкусно! Отличный завтрак. Do you think I could reduce or eliminate the sweetener? My husband is diabetic. It seems the apples and dates might be enough???
@@user-fs2gu4vx5e Erythritol has no effect on glucose or insulin levels. This makes it a safe sugar substitute if you have diabetes. I'd even claim that it's a better option compared to dates and apples. I encourage you to do your own research as well.
