Purchased mine prior to finding your reviews...still rocking this cage and I love it! I have added Titan T2 add-ons (extension bars, safety arms, leg press, jammer arms) a belt squat and some pulleys and there is nothing I can't do!
I didn't do all of those videos because I don't like it! It's a solid option! I'm really just talking about the bang for your buck here in this video. Look at Walmart also! That's where you might find it on sale. If you catch a sale on Amazon please go back and click my link to get it. 🤣
Yeah man we're the and age and I lift around the same. All I was trying to say is that 14 gauge steel is usually rated for at least 800lbs. So most little aren't going to need commercial grade steel in there home gyms. I mainly focus on budget friendly gear here on my channel.
Vern! From your reviews I purchased this rack and later the Mikolo P5R. Pretty sure both were with your affiliate link, I remember cancelling and placing again when I realized it wasn't haha. This cage served me great, and now serves a friend well as I upgraded, and in my hindsight, in today's landsape, if I had NOTHING, I would tell myself to save a bit more and go with the Mikolo P5R. The 3x3 11 gauge, or at least more sturdy than the 810XLT, feels and looks WAYYYY more than the $499 on coupons the cage is, and the "a la carte" accessories from Mikolo are top notch and I built pretty much their whole ecosystem for around $1100? Leg Extension Leg curl, jammer arms, lat pulldown and all. I think most people could do with just the rack, lat pulldown and maybe later the lg extension and forget the jammer arms all together to save a bit, but can build up over time. Just some thoughts, but I appreciate your content!
All great points and I agree! It's just that this video is about budget options because some people can't justify paying more then this so I wanted to stay near this price range. The P5R is an absolute beast on a way higher level. I can't even compare those two. 😁

Kelly the cage is dope! High quality and I still love it. I'd love to see your setup! Send me a photo of you can.
Still rocking with this, 4 years strong! Only thing I wish it had was the dual pulleys, but otherwise very satisfied.
It's dope! You're never going to hear me hating on it. 💪🏾
Been using mine for a few months now. Thank you for your videos on this rack it helped me greatly in my decision to buy it!
You're welcome! I've done more videos on that rack then any other piece of equipment I've ever owned. I love that rack.
Bought mine thanks to you. Love it.
I'm glad you found my review a good one!
This is an awesome channel man 😎keep it up 🆒💪💪💪💪😎
Thank you!
Man I’m looking at the fitness reality because of you. I think it will fit my needs and space well. I’m hoping there is a sale around Black Friday.

Hell yeah
Thanks for watching man!
I'd pay more for a heavier gauge of steel.
14 guage is too thin.
11 guage is better.
Also 2" is not ideal thickness.
@@colonalklink14 Only 1% of humans can bench 225 lbs. 9 gauge steel is overkill for most home gyms.
@@colonalklink14 11 gauge excuse me
@@UsawaFitness Why limit yourself?
I'm 55 years old and I can do 245 lbs.

Amazing work 🦾🦾🦾🤍
Big up
Bought the cage because of Vern! Love it. Still functions great for my small garage gym.
Hey Justin! I'm glad it's still serving you well brother!
