As an ex thumb player, tbh just switch to index, you’re gonna be much more comfortable doing hard charts, also for me it took like 2 days to switch so it’s not that hard. Another tip, change your speed bro 😭, you need AT LEAST 10 speed and as you play you can slowly change your speed faster
You’re like the 80th person to tell me about the speed, so I’ve got it on 10 now. I will try index finders as well, but I like using my thumbs because if I can’t use a table to play on or something it’d be difficult if I didn’t know how to play thumbs. I’ll just get used to both
my advice is to play at a higher speed coming from a thumb player and index finger player as well. Although I really enjoyed this video and you did very well!
thumb player here, playing on thumbs isnt actually a massive disadvantage, its actually pretty much the same as playing on index etc you still need time to get used to it and understand patterns in order to thrive also yeah raise your speed its impossible to read some patterns when its that clumped like at 0:49 :D

as a fellow thumb player, CHANGE YOUR SPEED! start off slow (maybe an 8 or 9) and increase it by 0.1 speed as you go.
