- Hi everyone, thank you for watching my FX demo reel. This is my final term demo reel at the Centre for Entertainment Arts/Bow Valley College. I focused mainly on the FX part, using Houdini, Maya, and Nuke to create this reel. I appreciate any comments and feedback!

Thank you! I followed along with many tutorial videos on RUclips, such as Rebelway. CGWiki is a great resource for learning about Houdini in depth.

Where did you create stone + Electricity Effect. is it done in houdini or are you used unreal also ?

Plenty of artists copy from references, that’s kind of like- the foundation of art.

@@Vergixxcreating vfx can be for coming up with new ideas and testing if you can recreate hard ones. Nothing about it is unfortunate because it's a reel. you make it sound like he's trying to sell you that effect.
