can you put the alcohol straight into the machine with the syrup mixture?

joefosh i would think premix the alcohol into the drink prior to freezing. so in a jug or other container.. mix alcohol and syrup first.. then when you're happy, put into freezing chamber.

Alcohol doesn't freeze so will either need to be extremely diluted or added after dispensing into a cup

mc machine is starting to stuck after about 5' running. What should be done then?

We can confirm that you do not consume the salt that is added to the machine.
Adding salt to the ice inside of the ice canister lowers the temperature of the ice, which ensures that the ice canister is super cold which allows the machine to create Slushie. The Slushie blades rotates the syrup mixture around the outside of the ice canister. The movement of the Slushie blades and the temperature of the ice canister allows the Slush Puppie Machine to create Slushie.
