I had trouble connecting my Xbox controller on PC as well. Both wired and through Bluetooth. I got it to work once, and it’s extremely inconsistent. I’ll wait till full working controller support has been implemented.

Game won't recognize my PS5 controller. Between the EN livestream fubar, the website + event crashing for the last 2 days, and now this issue, WuWa is so far consistently failing to impress me. How in the hell do you have 30M+ signups and fail to offer support for all major controllers at launch???
@@Legion-WUWA Only thing we're probably gonna miss if it does release after 5 months or so IF your only gonna play it on ps5 to get around on easier than keyboard and mouse or just prefer console more, is banners and events. Unless they have a thing such as "rerun" banners which i don't even know if reruns can or could take place in wuwa since i barely know anything about the game's banners and other stuff within the game.
To all my console brothers and sisters waiting for console release lets pray that are phones can hang on till release on console. Lol I’m not missing phase 2 banner lol
I've been hyped for WuWa.. but I'm outta storage on my phone, and my laptop performance isn't ideal.. I was really hoping that it'd be quickly released on PS5 as well..
This is the determining factor of whether or not I play. I instantly uninstalled Genshin for pulling that shit. I'm well aware you can try using 3rd party stuff to play, but screw that, especially when ios had support natively
I'm using a PS5 controller on PC and I'm having the same issue. When I go to the UI where you switch from mouse/keyboard to controller input and try to change the button config, the game won't recognize my PS5 controller. Frustrating!
@@J2BGaming650 PS4 is 11 years old lol also Sony has confirmed further support for PS4 but it will slow down eventually, hoyo games a different case genshin only runs terribly on PS4 due to the way the manage files and they leave shit in there that doesn't need to be from previous events , they also just are too lazy to patch it and HSR took longer since it was originally planned from the start , kuro is a different company entirely to hoyo
@@namenotneeded5833 thats not what is said bro 🤦♂️ I said the PS4 has had many performance reports which includes bugs, rendering issues, crashing issues, longer spawn times in the abyss and many other things also you can't get 60 fps on the PS4 version unless you have a pro and in that case it doesn't make a difference anyway the ps4 version is not the best so stop coping and don't make me out to be an idiot

UPDATE: mobile does not have working controller support on launch, only pc is able to connect Xbox/ps5 controllers
