Ur the best man saved my freaking life all these days ive been trying to play on my tab but my fingers were in pain so much but now i can finally play in peace subbed ur channel man hope u have a great life ahead!!!
Been using Mantis since day 1 of this game. I knew about it a few years back, but didn't have a phone that could run it without having to plug it into a PC at that point. The $12 I spent on it was well worth it. And even though it isn't as good as native controller support, it's still like 90% of the way there. I wasn't going to play Wuwa without my Kishi, so I'm glad I took the time to figure out how to set it to and make it work
100% Agree! Mantis is an absolute lifesaver! About 80% of my WuWa, & HSR playtime is on mobile. Smashing fingers into a glass screen just doesn't cut it for the type of combat in WuWa.
wdym prioritized pc, games is not great on PC there is bug where resolution locked and cause so much lag but if mobile is worst but i guess because mobile mostly f2p and pc player mostly premium since they had money to play in pc
I feel ya! Luckily, after setting up mantis, it has helped my mobile experience a ton. Since I work 12hr days, mobile has become my main gaming platform. I really hope game devs start adding controller support natively.
The only issue is that my android phone keeps crashing after about 10 minutes. I'm not sure what the issue is. If no controller support comes to Wuthering Wave, I am going to stop playing. Thanks for the video.
I'm sorry to hear that. Does the game crash after 10 minutes Without using Mantis? or does it only crash when using Mantis? Make sure Power Saving Mode isn't turned on. Also, make sure that Mantis is set to never sleep.
The problem with this method is that you need to keep setting it up all over again every time you want to use a controller. it's somewhat of a pain tbh.
iirc there's an adapter you can use to plug the controller into you iPhone or iPad so you can use it wired! Outside of that they also have an option where you can connect a compatible controller via Bluetooth! I've tried a regular Xbox controller both wired and wireless with my devices and it works, but haven't tried to use it with WuWa yet, so your mileage may vary!
Yep, there are definitely adapters for wired controllers. I know Genshin has controller support for IOS only. Since they made a deal with Apple. Hopefully, Wuwa comes out with native controller support for both Andriod and IOS soon.
I have "Y" for the utility button. To bring the wheel up, I press down both analog sticks and then click & hold the utility button, then select the utility I want to use.
@@NoxxizFTW how do you do that...if the utlities "y" button is press and hold to get the wheel....while holding "y" i cant move the wheel...and if i click both sticks the virtual mouse will activate and just freeze the wheel as is without being able to interact with it
I followed this step by step, but when i tried to click "start pairing" it said, "turn on developer option first" when it's already on. What do i have to do here?
What if your not on wifi? I wanna do it while at work but dont have wifi but also am using a backbone not a wireless controller. I cant wireless debug until i have wifi.
The Wi-Fi doesn't necessarily need to be internet connected. If you have an old phone with you bring it with jump on the hotspot even if the hotspot phone doesn't have a SIM card in it Edit; I was doing the same thing at first when wuwa came out until I started using moonlight to stream from my PC at home
I guess I never ran into that issue, since I'm either on wifi or hot-spotting my tablet to my phone. if you have a tablet & phone like I do, You can hotspot to your phone. If you can't hotspot, you can do USB tethering or Bluetooth tethering. Either of these options should let you turn on wireless debugging. I'll also try to find a workaround to help resolve the issue. I'm honestly not entirely sure why wireless debugging is necessary for Mantis to work, but I guess they have a reason for it.
@@NoxxizFTWself service GeForce now. Moonlight does the game streaming while sunshine lets you connect from outside networks, 2 different programs. I have issue about this apps, that it always reconnecting while in the game use mantis gamepad (i still use it free), but if im not use mantis gamepad its fine n there is no issue about reconnecting, so is a must to buy lifetime mantis apps, to solve my issue?
Mae sure you're not using Power Saving Mode, and have set Mantis to Never Sleep. Also, go to App Settings on your device. Scroll Down until you find Mantis and click it. Then click Battery, and set it to unrestricted. This will allow mantis to continue to run in the background properly without your device limiting power to mantis.
Once you click screen recording, you should get a pop-up that says "sound" with 3 options. Those options are No Sound, Media, Mic & Media. Click Media, and make sure your phone volume for Media is turned up and in-game volume is also turned up. For this video, I used a capture card hooked up to my computer and recorded using OBS.
I can't guarantee anything, but Genshin Impact & many other games also state that 3rd party programs, mods, etc, aren't allowed. But I've never had any issues using a third-party app for controller support. I believe it's more of a catch-all statement for those who have a more malicious intent, like cheating or mods that infringe on their copyright. Technically, playing from a different IP address could get you a ban for potential account sharing. Which doesn't make a lot of sense to me, especially for mobile. For example, I play on my phone, tablet, and pc. So 3 different devices, & 2 of them being mobile. Every time your phone or tablet switches to a different cellular tower, your ip changes. Of course, don't just take my opinion. This will be at your own risk.
Currently, only ps5 controller support is available on the PC version. Since the gulikit controllers are recognized as xbox controllers, they won't work. I also don't know a workaround for it either.
@@NoxxizFTW Incorrect. I use my Gulikit KK3 MAX controller and it works perfect. Either via included 2.4ghz dongle, Bluetooth or Wired. Windows 11. Worked since launch
@16bitOtaku OH, I didn't realize that. I'll have to try it with the dongle & wired. I've only tried it with bluetooth & at the time it wasn't working for me. I'll have to try it again. Honestly, I forgot about the dongle.

Accounts found using Third-Party Programs or Modifications will result in termination of the account." Obviously use you're own discretion, and decide if the risk (if any) is worth it for yourself. Yea, it's super annoying. Genshin Impact made a deal with Apple and only implemented controller support on the iPhone. Hopefully Wuthering Waves will add it soon. Until then Mantis has been a pretty decent substitute for when I'm not home or near a decent computer.
In my opinion, the fact that they even allow you to use mantis without the threat of banning you already makes wuthering waves better.
