I buy honey from bees in a protected wood area in sweden. Glyphosate is not illegal here but I believe that the distance to the nearest sprayed field is far enough away to make this honey not contaminated. I have no allergies anymore. And I pay 10bucks for a glass jar with 700 grams

Hey Paul I'm a New Zealander, can I recommend you try to source some manuka honey from the coromandel , I think the glyphosate levels would be low as it is a remote part of the county with less agriculture, also beekeepers can have their honey tested for it before bottling, maybe you could find some that has been tested. I'm currently on a keto diet but have just got my own beehives and am going to produce my own raw honey and move to a more animal based approach.

We get our honey from local natural non chemically produced honey farmers here in chile. The best. All though they have to keep it secret since it's actually illegal to farm honey without chemicals....horrible.

Agreed that Glyphosate isn't great- BUT, do you know what's worse than glyphosate? Every other herbicide out there that will be used in its place. There are dozens of them and the reason glypohosate is so popular is that it is comparably safer. How do I know? I'm from a farming and avoid using them all, but if people want fruit and veggies they need herbicides and pesticides (some of the organic ones are even worse by the way) or they have to have people out weeding every day at a cost that will make food unaffordable.

Wedderspoon manuka honey is glyphosate free my guy. I have 3 bottles of it lol
I buy all my honey from Australia including manuka, all comes in glass jars, so good
What does glass jar have to do with it?

Agreed that Glyphosate isn't great- BUT, do you know what's worse than glyphosate? Every other herbicide out there that will be used in its place. There are dozens of them and the reason glypohosate is so popular is that it is comparably safer. How do I know? I'm from a farming and avoid using them all, but if people want fruit and veggies they need herbicides and pesticides (some of the organic ones are even worse by the way) or they have to have people out weeding every day at a cost that will make food unaffordable.
