You hit the nail in the head, H. Exactly, we've seen him lost that spark - that 2nd anniversary live, that Parcinq interview? It was so heartbreaking to see, I don't want to see him like that ever again. I want to shield him from all that.
But look at this video, he still called us out. No one, absolutely no other idols -- does that. Only our Mahalima does this. To think, the people who messaged Gian was not even from us A'tin. It was from their own fandom. A'Tin got 'spanked' by Stell (and Josh the day after Stell did).
Stell's heart is just so pure for this harsh world. This world just does not deserve our Stell.
🥲 this whole situation is so messed up. Waahh. Poor Stell finding himself in the middle of something, it's just so sad 😞.
100% our mahalima are the only ones to call us out like this. And even if they sometimes get it wrong, I'd still rather them speak up. ♥️
Bottom line, if he's claiming himself to be a "friend"? (yes, very questionable) even claiming he's a fan, an a'tin himself, he MUST HAVE KNOWN WHAT STELL HAD GONE THROUGH to be able to build that confidence he has now, everything he had to endure, and yes the face shaming is still very much on-going, when that "photo" is very much in-your-face plastered there and he obviously did not even think twice and exerted effort in finding that LAUGH EMOJI, just because he thought the caption was so funny??

I MEAN, COME ON.
That person should have just apologized privately, admitted his mistakes and learned from it, BUT NO, he had to go live, cried, painted himself the victim just because people who cared sincerely about Stell, caught him and called him out, and yes, he used the mental health card (what for?). Even mentioned, vaguely about a fandom sending him threats, when he already knew that person's identity and did not clarify, WHO WAS DEFINITELY NOT A FULL-BLOODIED A'TIN, then proceeded to mention about his concern for his band, and their music they worked so hard for, for the past few years.
If he was genuinely sincere - just admit your mistake, apologize, that's it. Not making it all about him!
Sketchy even, they just released a new song. Not making enough noise? i'm not sure.
p.s. i loved COJ, their songs WERE included in my playlists, they really make amazing music, i like their vibe as a band. though i don't consider myself G's fan particulary as an individual, i know for a fact how talented he is, very bright and full of life, giving off similar energy as Stell's, he's fun-loving, flirty, chatty, HOWEVER i can't and won't accept his "reasons", NO, he referred to Stell as his friend, and what he did - you don't do that to friends. I won't do that to Stell and we're not friends, he does not even know i exist.
G, is "friends" with him, is a "fan", and did it anyway. 💔

i was just feeling so frustrated the past couple of days with all these old and new issues, and was so disappointed with G, coz yeah, i enjoyed their music. so i vented out here..
Fortunately, there are a lot of very talented bands, artists, making good music everywhere so maybe it will be easy to tune out just one.

Exactly, my thoughts. And if you see that said photo his reason is very lame. Agree, G should have just apologized. When I learned about that issue I was giving him the benefit of the doubt but when I saw that meme he reacted to and knowing his reasons, I lost respect for him.
On the other hand my admiration for Stell and SB19 grew much more. A lot of times they were bashed but they never sought sympathy from their fans or casuals, they never dragged anyone, they even call out their own fans. Because of that I felt that their love for A’tin is genuine. All he said about ignoring bashers I agree, those should be implemented by A’tin.
Gian was crying because his fans scolded him, not because he is sorry for his "honest mistake" idgaf! On his live he was crying because he is scared their career will be ruined coz a fan messaged him. Then A'TIN was bashed again, coz he didn't said it was his own fandom who dmed him. Idc what his reason, but laughing at Stell's photo is a clear bullying. We are hurt because he was considered as his friend. We already forgive but will never forget Cup Of Joe songs is now skipped,erased and blocked on all my music platform. I am really mad for what he did....
It was being said, he did that twice. The first one his fans let it past. But on the 2nd time his fans called him out. Honestly only few people knew the issue not until stell open it on his live because he watched gian cried on his live.

I cried to sleep that night. I wasn't even able to finish his live😭😭. I also realized that night that I love him too much that it hurts. These cruel world doesn't deserve such beautiful soul like Stell.
I believe you Hurraira and it is recorded in your very 1st reaction to SB19 with Tilaluha lyric video with Stell’s debut photo and you said just by seeing that photo and hearing his voice that he is trouble and you will fall madly in love with him. Nobody can argue with your love for Stell coz you have proof that you loved him pre-glow up. And yes who set the standard about beauty, and who gave that person the right to say so.
Once, may be deemed as an honest mistake. But when it was done twice on the same old brand new meme of the photo, well that's not considered a mistake anymore! Twice is a pattern! Sorry but not sorry to that person that he was called out through shade tweets. His name wasn't even mentioned in those tweets, he was just afraid of the ghost he made himself! Then things suddenly went serious, but still he was making joke out of it, and then I see myself laughing and crying at the same time. Stell is a beautiful person, that's my definition of him. He has a good heart, a beautiful soul, and what every woman needs and wants. Warning, this is a long one. Stell is just too nice. I agree with some of the things he said, sure. However, I disagree with those who said everyone should just ignoring the bullies and their trolling content hoping and wishing that they would stop. They don't stop. They multiply by brainwashing or planting seeds of hate. This perpetuates bullying and normalize it. The shot of dopamine they get from the attention without consequence will be very addicting. The bullying will only get worse as they get bigger so lines must be defined. We are talking about their brand. If we want them to go really global, we have to take care of their image and reputation. Of course a'tin should not make a mess of things by using foul language or resort to questionable words/actions. At the same time, 1Z should also train and take care of online bullying as a proper business protecting SB19 & future artists. They should have a template for addressing issues in a formal way and not let the members (especially STELL BECAUSE HE IS TOOOOO KIND) to talk about this himself. He might say something that might not align with certain brands, future collabs or endorsements. I love that he is sweet & honest but he should not have to address these things publicly that people might abuse or misquote him in the future. There should be a safe and private space for them and a'tin only. Moving forward I think 1z should take a more active, well thought out, professional approach issues. The Ppop industry is young and the people consuming it can still be steered & trained. Improve what JPop & KPop still struggles with which is online bullying. Just my 2 cents.

Read this through even though it's long and I am all for your well thought out ideas. 1Z is not just a company for artists by artists but it is also a business. If they want to survive the cutthroat world of entertainment AND last long in the said business, they SHOULD take a pro-active stance on these situations and not be mere pacifiers and reactors going the stoic route

I did not know much about this current drama but it did remind me of a very creative way a'tin deescalated a situation a few months prior. Bashers were as usual spitting bs and calling our mahalima old. A'tin, instead of stooping to their level, defended them by posting edited photos of mahalima in children's clothings and/or super old people's clothings (think magical wizard). I don't think bashers stood a chance when a'tin went full "dogshow" mode. 😂
He's just making jokes but here's me crying while listening to him talking about those haters that keep bullying him 24/7 😭💔 It breaks my heart even if he's just making it a joke 💔

Does he mean he only read the caption and not saw that big picture of Stell or vice versa? In any way, both are not okay but still he reacted without thinking that it will cause much damage. Lucky for him, he did not hear a lot from A'tin and berries coz we know so much better. We do not judge unless there is proof. No proof, then it's fraud. My only prayer is for SB19 to have a small group of friends. Keep their friends that they have and the new ones that they meet, label them all as business friends. They should have boundaries especially to those who will use them because they know A'tin will always back our boys.
Just wanna share that I also have my Dunkin Pc and I got Stell with Naya😍 and btw that much Pancit Canton and eggs with a big bowl of rice could feed a family of four. I just love this man's appetite.

I have a lot of things to say about the Gian issue. It's just so unfair that Stell had to clarify things when in fact, he didn't do anything wrong.

A'tin as a Famdom are composed of successful people as well. We too will get bashers and will always be scrutinized. We have to be careful how we present ourselves in social media because they will use our misconstrued reactions as an ammunition to concoct hate on our boys.

This ia just my take, why tell Stell that a lot of fans messaging him and threatening him and at the end they claimed that its their fans. For me, whats the point of telling Stell if he is not referring to A'tin. They said it came from the leader of our fandom. Then when a lot of us is asking them for the proof of the message then the story turned 360. It came from their fandom. whats the sense of telling Stell if its not A'tin? If its from their fandom then solve it within them. Dont tell Stell and its like saying to him that A'tin did that. Now, I guess apologizing to A'tin is not enough. A'tin is the victim of wrong judgement again. Gian should apologize to Stell publicly just like what he did when he cried live claiming he received threats. He needs to apologize to Stell for not telling the whole story. He never mentioned publicly while crying that its their fans threatening him. Its not us. 😢

I dread to think it won't be the last but at least we, who genuinely care for the boys, are getting better dealing with it. I love it when you defend Stell (and the rest of the boys) with such deep understanding. To a certain extent, I understand but somehow I still dont get it why Stell gets picked on constantly up to now. Why do people prefer being mean instead of choosing what's right, good and kind... For me, stell is still the same then and now.his personality, his mannerism, the way he makes me giggle and laugh is the same stell. I will forever love him and the boys.that is why i always say to my co A'tin that its not worth it to engage on those haters/bashers. Whenever i see hate posts about the boys i just skip, block, ignore and move on.that is why i don't see much (almost none) hate posts on my feed. Stell is such a kind person and would never confront someone and he always want to just kill the issue but not Josh. Kuya joshie went live yesterday and I love him for the things he said and what he did for stell and his brothers. Btw, this started in a DM which the other side, COJ's, just took to social media which triggered A'tin. It turned out the mess was all on their side. We were collateral damage again because obviously other bashers saw that as a chance again to attack stell.
We kept it private through dm, it was Gian who went Live that's why it went public...

I immediately searched for the apology video from COJ, and here's my take: Gian cried not because he was sorry, but because he was afraid of the consequences and what might happen to their group's career. LOL.

He said, "I'm just scared na it will affect the reception of our music na we've been working hard for the last 6 years and ayan oh my god ....." Those words (word for word) came out of his mouth, and he started crying while saying it. All he talks about is his group's career, aside from claiming that he looks up to SB19 and is also an A'tin. Gian is scared that the issue will jeopardize all their hard work, as mentioned by COJ's fans. So, yup, I'm not going to change my statement. He cried because of the possible consequences of his "honest mistake."

And i cant help tearing up..imagining the "hurt" Stell must be feeling.. altho he kept on repeating that he is not hurt by the bashing... but he is just human ..he caled it in our language "kirot"...But the more I watch your videos the more i see that you are an amazing person. To be honest H, in their pre-glowup days and I was a new A'tin then, just one session hearing Stell talk with his group, I forgot about his looks and I just love him, his talent, humor, wit, kindness. And then he learned flawless makeup shortly, showing another talent of his even. lol. Those dark underlings don't deserve anyone's time of day.

I follow the simple rule in life - "I DON'T CARE"!!! It's as simple as that. By staying calm, you take away their/bashers power, and you protect your peace. Don't let other actions cause you pain. By reacting to someone's provocation gives them control over your emotions. Pls. Don't give them that power!! Stell is just so amazing, he never forget his past and get stronger taking every bashing in a positive way. Even if the other artist obviously liked and laughed the post/photo about Stell, he is still thinking how the guy felt after he get noticed by A'tin or other fandom, and yet the other artist is only worried about how it affects himself and his group. because of this video of Stell I learned about Gian and Cup of Joe. sorry but I only searched SB19 on youtube that's why I'm not aware of other pop group. What G haha reacted to is one of the fanpage who publicly face shamed stell debut photos with memes caption.
A'tin supposedly not gonna see it but the fanpage proudly post that G is reacted to the post thats the reason alot of A'tin knew about it and alot of A'tin discuss it through group dms this is also the reason why many A'tin are clueless about the issue.
G just caught and scared their band might get cancel so the reason he messaged stell quickly because what he did to his live and all his crying are not because his sorry for stell all he talked about is his band future and blamed him not the band .
As a berry i am disappointed with G knowing he is a fan since 2019 he know for sure what happen to that year he should be smart enough to think that photo of stell is literally not intended for good laugh but straight up bullying his face. I just hope and pray stell and the rest of the members are surrounded with genuine people who protect and cares for them. Because i dont want to happen this issue again to their circle of friends cos alot of people already betray them in the past ..
My question is why didn't Gian just delete or unclick his reaction and then tell the creator of that meme he made an honest mistake, and Stell is his friend and that he should not use Stell's past pic bec. it's considered cyberbullying. He should have commented on that post that it's not ok to make fun of his friend (if he really considers Stell his friend). Just wondering that's all.

I saw in the credits of one of their vids that they named their cooks. So I guess it’s safe to say that they are not eating take outs anymore but something home cooked and more nutritious. Looks like 1Z is really taking care of their artists. Way to go!

I did enjoy watching this again with you Hurraira the 1st time I watched it espec that part of Stell asking us to calm down and re assuring us that his ok I was crying so hard because not again that same feeling that I hate most is when people talk about Stell’s visual as a joke. As some one who fell hard with Stell is so painful because he doesn’t deserve that because Stell has the purest heart, he just wanted to spread positivity and love for everyone but still their are nasty people who indulge themselves with bullying makes me so mad. But hearing Stell’s voice again and re assuring us that he is now fine and stronger it calms me down.
His mental state and happiness and success is what matter most.
I fell in love with Stell because of his good character apart from his mind blowing talents, His pure Big heart ❤ His sense of humour that brightens up my life. His love for his parents and siblings His kindness His love for God His passion. Something hard to find now a days. WHAT IS A FACE IF YOU DON’T HAVE GOOD VALUES AND CHARACTER. I saw the post i think its an honest mistake for Gian i saw some clip of Gian's live and he said that he did laugh because of the caption about riding on a jeepney , he thought it was an inside joke between A-tin and the boys.. Because as an A-TIN we sometimes making fun of the boys u know (BARDAGULAN)😂😂😂... And he didnt realize that the post was made by a basher.. Thats why some A-tin call him out because they thought he supporting the basher .. And some says the first person call him out is a cup of joe fans and this fan knows that stell and Gian is a good friend . thats why this fan said that GIAN change a lot and he is not the same like before.. Thats why Gian felt sad about this... Because for him its really an honest mistake.. He dont want harm for anyone
