Best feeling brake ive ever used in a sim. Also has that nice bit of travel ive always felt is underatted. Im sry but sim racing brakes should feel like road cars or gt4 cars nor f1. We have 0 g forces to help transfer energy through the brakes. F1 brakes arent stiff and heavy for no reason. They also wouldnt design them that way if they were braking while standing still lol. Imo these braks give me so much control. Ive bever been able to trsil brake as good as i do now. Full control every part up to 100% and or 80% depending on the sim and or limit before lockup. Its just so damn good. I can modulate the brake and get this beautiful progressive feel ive always dreamed of having on my sim rig.

Hi Alvin. thank you very much for the video. The P1000 pedal brake has a hall sensor and a load cell. They can be changed. Is it better to use only loadcell for a hydraulic mod? And the second question. Will Simagic do a brake modification with springs? Now everyone is discussing the disadvantages of elastomers. Specifically, we are talking about relaxation by 10 percent after hard braking.

Hi @user-tr9jq4xw8r, for the dual sensors, they can be used for both hydraulic and non-hydraulic, so this is up to personal preference; And as for a spring option, it's something that we are looking into as there is a good amount of requests😉

@@simagicofficial6890 LOVING! the hydraulics using the P1000s. so much better feel and consistency than without it. spring option would be really interesting! hopefully ya make it happen, im up for trying!

Lets see one of these for the P2000's I already have the simlab inverted pedal mount and its collecting dust.

Is it correct from my understanding that installing the hydraulic system will take care of the elastomer drift phenomena? Is it correct that the loadcell is directly affected by the pressure put on the pedal when using the hydraulic system or am I missing something? Thank you

hello,Today I received my PHYS, I installed it following the instructions, I only changed the elastomers and put 8 instead of 9. After an hour of use I realized that I had an oil leak from the elastomers container.
Is it possible that it is broken at the factory or is it normal for oil to enter the padders container and I have to close the elastometers container tightly to prevent leaks? Now im a bit worried of oil leak on the pedals .
    Thanks.

anything before 1:30 is understandable, but the figure at 1:45 is confusing. It look like a damper that there are holes on pistons. This is absolutely different from the previous figure where the piston does not has holes and the system is closed.

i just tryed to install the sim pads back in to the cylinder bud it always fall apart. i have the inverted set. do you have some tips or tricks ? they just dont hold tougether .

I do not know what kind of sensors you have in your pedals. If the hydraulic pressure is not translated to brake pressure then it's useless and misleading. If there is either a hydraulic pressure sensor or a load cell in either end off the force then this is a great addition and well done for the nice implementation!

The axial force applied to the hydraulic cylinder is directly measured by a loadcell.

We have a dual-sensor design, which features a hall sensor (brake angle) and a load cell (brake force), and you can freely switch between the two in the software😄
