      I. Australian and agree with you about that gorgeous car, not one we really see here but lovely anyway. Here, young drivers are limited to a certain hp engine until they are more experienced with driving. Also in Victoria, you cannot get your car license until you are 18. I personally (having worked for the police here) think that 16 is way too young. Boys are idiots as it is at 18, I dread to think how bad it would be here if they could get on the road at 16. It’s a frightening thought.

      That has been about the best use of force yet by police, it was not over kill and well strategized. They did not just mag dump him and actually tried to take him into custody. Very different then we have been used to seeing. I often wonder though, where is the hand to hand combat training, because i have been trained to disarm a person coming at me with a knife. I used to practice this type of situation 3 times a week. Running at me with a knife would end up with a hip toss and arm restraint with worse case being a torn dislocated shoulder to the subject by chicken wing. He would defiantly be dropping the knife. I just wonder why this type of training is not implemented as it is well documented in other parts of the world to work. I wonder if it is because of Policing while Afraid.

City thought demolishing many of them and trying to build it up like places in the rest of the metroplex would make it better.
      Aesthetically, it looks good, but the problem they were trying to get rid of just spread out more instead. On top of the regular problems it created with traffic being backed up on game days, coupled with the train going by making it even more of a nightmare. You know it's bad when traffic is backed up all the way down to your suburban neighborhood all the way up Browning.
      this is just something i have to share because it was so damn funny. I was working at Walmart, which is right across the street from the stadium. On the outer side of the stadium, facing the store is a massive screen for tailgaters to watch the game in the parking lot. It was facing the damn road, and Jerry Jones was forced to stop having it turned on because idiots on the road would get into accidents because they'd be watching the screen instead of watching the road. Watching 3 cars crash into each other because they were all watching the same thing was just too hilarious.

      Police has so much leeway. First, they are many, he is one. If he charges you specifically, an officer covering you can shoot. Secondly, he has a pocket knife. Youd be hard pressed to do any real damage with it. They are all armed and ready to go. Lastly, police has their pay adjusted for risk, if they take away the risk by just blasting thru every single situation that carries any, then the pay isnt justified. That was incredibly gracious of the Arlington Police to try and allow that man to keep his life despite repeatedly being not only a threat to life and great bodily harm to the officers, but also as a fleeing suspect who has committed a felony with a deadly weapon and represents an imminent danger to the public. He could have been mag dumped on the initial charge, he could have been mag dumped when he got back up with the knife in his hand, he could have been mag dumped at anytime when he was running away. I dont know if this paitence, poise, and mercy should be applauded. Everytime officers lawfully and properly use deadly force to neutralize a threat it can be compared to this incident and those like it. For example, the first video the suspecthad already used deadly force against the officers, then fell out of his car, charged officers with the knife and the imminent threat to life or great bodily harm was neutralized. Biased people see the second outcome and use it to criticize the first, saying the officers should have shot him once like the Arlington officers and see how he responded before firing again.

      Second one was clearly initially suicide by cop but clearly after getting hit once he realized "of fuck bullets hurt and maybe I don't want to die like that" so instead of just giving up he decides to run, then I guess decided to give it another go, got shot again and the gold fish brain realized once again "oh fuck bullets hurt and maybe I don't want to die like that," so he ran again... the fuck? Dude just got unlucky and tried suicide by cop vs a PD that actually has restraint when it comes to shooting "dangerous" suspects.

    Supporting the brave men and women in blue who protect and serve is simply not enough anymore. The degradation and outright hate for law enforcement today is both disgusting and outright hateful. The relentless courage and heroism displayed on a daily basis by the police is beyond both incredible and amazing. We as civilians cannot simply express our gratitude enough, my Sister is married to a police officer who has treated her like a queen from day 1. Recently, they had a disagreement about financial transactions. During the course of that disagreement he went hands on and broke her jaw, fractured her skull and shattered her orbital bone. Every human being has limitations and he is no different, his training kicked in and he had to what was best for officer safety. Meanwhile, his fellow brothers and sisters in blue arrested him pinning dv charges on him and he is currently going through the legal process. I have supported his actions since day 1 because I know he is a stand up guy who is a great human being who I am proud to call my best friend. When people say how being a police officer is not even in the top 20 most dangerous jobs, and that police are the #1 leading profession in domestic violence and how the #1 leading cause of death of police officers is car accidents they SIMPLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND IT IS FAR MORE COMPLEX THAN THE FACTS AND EVIDENCE. Facts and evidence, ARE NOT ALWAYS CORRECT OR ACCURATE. Always support the police, ALWAYS BACK THE BLUE. The police will always be there to protect and serve. #ALWAYS BACK THE BLUE

    Oh btw USAF Senior Airman Roger Fortson, a combat veteran, was just killed by police in his home after they knocked, didn't announce themselves, and then killed him when they saw a gun in his hand, STANDING IN HIS OWN HOME, UNSURE OF WHO WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT DOOR.
    Gonna review that footage too?

    • @BD-db7nn
      @BD-db7nn 4 месяца назад +2

      Papi, when PD or Sheriff's Dept. announce themselves after knocking hard, and you're still so smart as to open the door holding a weapon in your hand, chances are you finna get smoked. We're all grateful for his service, but he acted like a dumbass and unfortunately for him, the officers didn't think twice before firing at him.
      Kids, remember: when Law Enforcement knocks at your door and identifies as such, don't open the door holding a weapon in your hand. Legal as it may be, there's a very good chance you are going to get shot.
