Hi, I come from an upright bass background. I found playing fretless bass doing a combination handposition of upright and electric bass helps me play. I also work on my positions using a simandle bass method book 1, even on electric bass guitar.

Sounds killer! is that a rosewood fretboard? also are you using flats or round? Cheers

Thanks. Yes, rosewood fingerboard. I'm using round wound strings. A bit concerned about wear from the strings, but don't see light gauges in flats. may coat the fingerboard in super glue to make it more resistant. Thanks for watching.
