Dude.. just found your channel!!.. thank you so much.. i just picked up a 69 roundie and was searching for videos like yours.. and yes, very helpful compared to the rest!!!.. Thank you so much again.. watching all your videos before i start my build.. thumbs up from California!!
You can tell that you love this car and it's always nice to see your videos. Thank you for being several steps in front of my project, so that I always know what will happen to me - top job -
This video is GREAT...fantastic howto....just what I needed(I'm going to make wider fender arches on my Fiat 127) ...especially not to cut out the underside of the fender for more strength! Even the explanation for the rear..GRAZIE mille! Ciao
Nice job, did it almost the same way 10 years ago, I didn’t cut the piano keys let’s call it like that but I formed the inner arch to meet the outer arch and gave it a 90 degrees edge at the end which I hard (silver copper) soldered but this was a lot of work. merry Christmas and good luck with your build.
Daniel Private yes yes 🥳😁 Still have a lot of small things on bodywork that are going to take some work still, let's say that the biggest and worst things are over now, we'll see 😉. and thanks !
Because they have to be folded up anyway to make more room for wider wheels and then you also immediately have the right distance to grind them off, and the right place where they have to be welded, because imagine that you don't fold them up and then have to grind them ,Grinding something round is already not easy and then you don't know how much you have to grind off to get it to fit perfectly when you fold them up afterwards , the way I do it is the easiest way, immediately right 😉
This channel is massively underrated. Awesome work and super helpful!
No one has good content on 2002’s thank you!! Please keep these videos coming. 🔥💪🏾
Thanks for this extensive step by step description of the rear flairs. This was keeping me from doing my car until now. Cheers, Peter
Thanks , nice to hear! 👊👍
You are building an incredible collection of videos. Thank you. Big thumbs up - every time.
Great 2002 project. I like how you explained it all step by step. Well done!
Great video. Something tells me that not every flared E10 is done this well. Very strong and neat.

Thank you ! This is also a good way to do it, I can believe you've had a lot of work as well 😅 merry christmas to you 2 !
You're also a talented pianist. Bravo!

Thank you 🙏
Very cool project, thanks for sharing it with all of us.
I’m going to try this soon!! Glad you have this for reference!
Another great video. You have got to be getting close to paint and reassembly now, huh?
Daniel Private yes yes 🥳😁 Still have a lot of small things on bodywork that are going to take some work still, let's say that the biggest and worst things are over now, we'll see 😉. and thanks !
Are you painting it yourself or are you hiring out that job?
Thank you so much ! Im starting with mine this weekend !! This will help.
Fantastic work and explanation 👍 liked and subscribed.

That looks like a pretty intense job but it will be worth it! Nice job on the piano. Wanna start a band?
thanks! A band ? Maybe someday 😂👍
Nice job 👌👍😊
Thank you!!!! Marvellous video!
What size hardware did you end up using for the flares? M5 or M6?
I used M4 ;)
Super! Thanks!👌👍
Thanks 🙏
Looks good!
Netjes gedaan!👍🏼
Awesome!!!!!! Great work!
Great job
good video
Good job!
Hahaha perfect maestro, but expect a copyright coming up for playing that tune ... More of this!
Brave man! 🤣🙌🏻
Amateur question. Why bend the piano keys that way rather than just cutting them from the start when they were pointed down?
Because they have to be folded up anyway to make more room for wider wheels and then you also immediately have the right distance to grind them off, and the right place where they have to be welded, because imagine that you don't fold them up and then have to grind them ,Grinding something round is already not easy and then you don't know how much you have to grind off to get it to fit perfectly when you fold them up afterwards , the way I do it is the easiest way, immediately right 😉
i did it exactly the same way on my 02
💪💪💪
Cool Cool!
piano man :D
ok back to the job now
Great work
But I would have preferred if you went for the best possible original finish… no flares!!!!
Any new projects…
takie operacje obniżają wartość projektu
Wiem, ale myślę, że wygląda to ładnie , a później zawsze mogę to też dostosować....
