Has an owner of 3 Citroen's, the only diagnosis equipment that works without fail is Diagbox/Lexia 3. Generic equipment can be hit and miss. That airflow actuator should have an option to tell the ECU it's been replaced so the ECU can run a calibration process.
air mixer (and otheres) wire looms runs under the air filter housing. shit/poor air filter support gone quickly air filter housing lowering, and rub out that looms makes an open circiut in pos sensor feed line. that's set a P02ED fault code. /s/ best way to check it, not any scanner, but use multimeter to check TPS power supply, ground and signal. at the tps terminal.
Hi, Hoping somebody here might be able to shed some light on this for me. I have the same issue with my van - 2017 75ps. I've changed the throttle body for a brand new one and I can't code it in with my otofix D1, my lexia software on my laptop and neither can my mechanic who is a french vehicle specialist... The engine management light is flashing constantly - refuses to be wiped and the throttle body stops remain unset so it's jerkier than with the faulty one fitted! I'm tempted to try a second hand ECU but I'm not sure as that'll change much if anything... Any advice would be much appreciated as this issue started in April 2022 and I'm royally fed up with the vehicle now! Thanks 👍🏽
Hi Jimmy great vid as usual - i got a question for you. Peugeot boxer 2.2 regen cuts out after 15 sec and will not restart unless battery is disconnected. Scanner only shows Upstream pressure which shows it constant 600mbar. Would you recommend changing sensor and taking things from there or what? Kind regards

Is that the not the air mixer? I have same issue but if i disconnect the plug its showing me air mixer.

Sounds like thermal cut out due to over temperature of the dpf. Pressure probably too high to regen
Thats base model Otofix D1. There are other higher versions with more features such as Otofix D1pro
dirty EGR valve are common problem when hdi jerks in driving and shakes
