19’ + models have them also just in a seven segment display.. 400s & 650s have them too pretty nice

Have the same bike🤙 what’s your process for the break in period? I’ve kept it 9k rpm or less although I was recommended not to go above 4K rpm, I couldn’t believe that.

To be able to use quick shifter you have to able it in the screen , correct ? And I can’t remember but traction control it goes from 1 to 3 less invasive to most invasive ? Like 3 as the safest basically ?

Appreciate you showing us the screen scrolling & options bro, can you do one on the Bluetooth and it's limitations once ypu figure it out. I'd personally like to see if the screen shows you incoming calls, let you answer, shows you the song you're playing and if you can skip songs while you ride using the screen.
This might be asking much but I'm curious what are the capabilities and limitations. Can you sync it with a Bluetooth communicator as well. So many things in curious about.

You know how to change the dash where it show you lean angles and stuff Iv seen that on older bike
First time I’m hearing about this, been thru all the menus and havent seen it.
Not sure if it's on the screen I only saw it on the app when I downloaded In my cell
Do you know if its possible to change the look? Maybe an analog like tachometer and other looks like sports mode, eco mode etc. ( I dont mean the riding modes). And yeah thank you for the information. And the rattlesnake sounds were great 😃
Eco mode is activated automatically under certain conditions. No other display options besides light & dark
Can you set up the quick shifter with gp shift?
nice bike. did you try only holding the select button? pretty sure just select by itself will toggle on/off the quick shifter. also... if you turn the quick shifter on, it stays on after shutting the bike off right? dont have to re-enable it each time?

Also when using quick shift do I need to be at maximum, can you make a video or tell me when I should be shifting gears with speed?
For quick upshifting you should be pretty much full throttle then come off quick and shift without the clutch. Works at slower speeds but pretty jerky i wouldnt do it.
No , the manual clearly says you do that let off the gas while shifting
Your supposed to stay on the throttle, its like how you have to peddle while shifting a mountain bike @DavesMotorCars

Hey brotha, just got one as well. The oil pressure light and check engine light came on just like they are in your video. Any idea why that is? I barely have 40 miles on the bike

Been trying to find the traction control settings. Is it built in within the rider modes?
So it looks like to go between the 3 KTRC modes you have to select rider mode and then you can change level (1-3 or OFF) that also gives you access to power modes.
Hey how u doin. I just bought mine today and they said it’s the ABS edition. There are 2 of the ring front and rear. But the ABS on dash doesn’t show. I need answers before I get paying the wrong bike.
ABS should show up on ignition and then go away unless the ABS system is actively in use
For a second I thought there will be no dark mode and I immediately canceled the plans to buy this bike. But now most likely I will get it.

I’m a first time rider and as I’m learning I noticed the gear number flashes, why? At 4k rpm it flashes am I supposed to shift gear? I was also told to not exceed 4k rpm when breaking the bike in? Can you elaborate on this for me please
Yeah keeps the RPMs low for 600 miles then do an oil change

@davesmotorcars Important question Dave if you dont mind me asking. I bought my bike 3 days ago n was curious whats the highest rev you think we should ride at until the 600 miles?
Dealer told me 6k but i’ve been more in the 8-10k range, definitely not redlining though. 85mph on the highway is 8k so I just dont see how under 6k is even realistic. I’m at 550 miles so I’ll be changing the oil soon!
@@DavesMotorCars Man that's exactly what im sayin. I've been on the freeway goin 57 mph with exactly 6k slowing traffic. You think I should go at least a bit higher?
@@ymoneyjyeah just ride the bike man. a hard break in is fine as long as u change the oil. broke my 2023 in extremely hard
As funny as it sounds, the "manual" says 4k rpm for first 250 miles, 6k rpm 250-400 and 400-600 moderately. Page 104. LOL.. Yes I was that excited that I browsed through the manual on down time... God speed brother, be safe.

Does this bike comes with a plug in for trickle charger? Or just have to connect it straight to the battery?
Does not come with one no
Just picked mine up. Absolutely LOVE it and mine did. The shop that I bought it from automatically added pigtails (free) for easy plug in trickle. It's simple and any shop I'd think would gladly do that for you to get the sale.
Most trickle chargers or battery tenders will come with a wire that attaches to the battery that makes charging quick and easy. Mine has one I just take the seat off and plug it in.
When you gonna record you riding that bad boy? I wanna see it in action and hear it.

Anyone know if it’s possible to just replace the glass panel? Some dumb fuck dropped my bike at a party and I have a crack in my display now. Not very happy about it screen works fine but just wanna know if I can replace the panel over it

65 % or so ive heard. Edit: also the fuel Map may be less aggressive? still unsure of that part.

@@Next2Null how are analog tacho better? You can hardly see them in dark, this tft display is so convenient you can clearly see things and it has dark and light modes. On top of that it opens up the possibility to modify the display to different speed layouts when one gets boring.
Give me 1 positive for analog tacho.
@@DavesMotorCars just more expensive, grew up on dirt bikes i ride by feel never look at gauges unless cop is following lol i can feel and hear when it is shift time, and always know what gear i am in, and gas is easy pop top slosh from side to side lol luke i said old school.
