well done at The Eden Project located in Cornwall- full experience tour on the AdventureShawn channel, keep the good work upon the channel. Shawn. thumbs up to you.
Thank you for taking me there because I had to cancel a flight to Britain due to covid. Have been to Houses and Gardens in Cornwall in the nineties, remember the crop circles, oh well, your parents will... Britain is my favourite country to visit, feels like home to me, have gone there ever since my schooldays, about 15 times, and shall come again. I've been at Biosphere in Arizona, too, in 2003, never knowing there'd be a place like that in Europe, ever. We have nice gardens and greenhouses in Germany, too, but nothing compares to this, so I'm keen to go as soon as possible. With love :)
I remember seeing that surfboard in the biome, and reading that it had been made entirely with items from the biome (balsa wood, plant-based resin, etc.). Amazing stuff.
I visited eden project when it first opened, and try to go back once every five years. To see the difference now to what it was is just incredible, I know it's not cheap but I recommend it's worth a visit at least once in your lifetime, it will leave you with wonderful memories of a very special place.
Surprised you haven’t been here before especially when you have been to Cornwall a few times now !! Excited to see they are planning to build a new Eden Project in my hometown of Morecambe, fingers crossed it goes ahead
Yes, different types of plants require different temperatures, even in the tropics, and a big consideration is a cooling wind under a hot sun, while other types of plants require hot steaming humidity. You noticed the differences yourself as you were walking round with mum and dad.
Hello There, I am glad to see that you and your parents had a good experience and that you thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for giving us your perspective throughout and this thorough tour. This was very informative. Cheers Peter :)
What a beautiful place that is.... even if you're not into plants, the atmosphere and colors are amazing! Of course, every good attraction ends with the gift shop... lol
Wow Shawn what an awesome place! When you walked by what looked to be ALOT of lavender. I just thought that must smell divine.. I could go on and on but I'll give you a break this time!😆 And as always safe and happy travels💗
Hey if you're in Cornwall I suggest checking out Perranporth beach the longest beach in Cornwall "3 miles of golden sand " there is also a great coastal walk along the top
Something very similar to this is Kew Gardens and in my opinion it is definitely worth it they also have lots of events normally on like a Christmas light event. It is in London if you ever think about having a visit
Went past this a few years ago but no time to visit. Was looking forward to your take on it so thank you . It will be great if the plans for the Northern Eden Project in Morecambe gets the go ahead as that will be just about an hour away from home. The plans for that look impressive.
I say, It’s meant to be warm on the 20th August. I like gardening. Manor Heath Jungle Experience in Halifax will be a good visit on your adventures as hopefully I will make an appearance. It’s Alan Titchmarsh who’s super mad on gardening. Anyway, make sure you get out there and have your own adventures. 😊
I love seeing new places in your videos, i have watched this once and had to watch it again. Have you ever been to the yorkshire sculture park, ive been there a few times and its great.
did you go up on the dangling platform at the top of the rainforest or was it closed because on some days you can go right up there and its pretty scary lol
Went to the Eden project back in 2004 on a trip with my collage. It looks so different now that all the plants have grown even more! Was thinking about visiting when I'm down that way in September but £32.50 is a bit steep for a ticket =| Side note: Anyone with small children who watch Cbeebies will recognise the domes from "Andy's Safari / Aquatic Adventures" as they use the external shots as "Safari world", Also you can see "Andy's Jungle hut" at 18:32.... I need to get out more XD
I went there on a school trip. it was pretty good. it was a very hot day but the cue in the shop took too long and the ice cream was over priced. everything else was great
I went here last week for the first time and I was pretty disappointed by everything except the greenhouses. There was no formal food outlet and it all just felt very amateurish, but the domes are still pretty impressive.
Great video, very interesting place to visit which I would highly recommend to anyone. I also created a little promo video of my day out to the Eden project. Keep up the good work 👍
Hey Shawn, what a brilliant and fascinating Vlog. I love plants so me and your mum will get well together when I get to meet you both. When it comes to 🌈 you should never point at it because it is bad luck 👉🌈🚫

I hope you went out and bought a plant after that amazing tour. Plants are good for the soul
Eden is also a fantastic concert venue, the only one of note in Cornwall.
Hey if you're in Cornwall I suggest checking out Perranporth beach the longest beach in Cornwall "3 miles of golden sand " there is also a great coastal walk along the top
Stage is used for Eden sessions ...major acts n shows throughout sumer Nd used for ice rink at xmas
Got my mug of tea and a packet of chocy chips time for a nice watch.
Something very similar to this is Kew Gardens and in my opinion it is definitely worth it they also have lots of events normally on like a Christmas light event. It is in London if you ever think about having a visit
That stage area is for the concerts they have in July and August
My daughter saw bastille there the other year

I was there in June loved it so much ❤️, did you do the zip line?

Sorry to hear that. We enjoyed it!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT VIDEO. GOOD VISUALS & INFO. HOWEVER, PINEAPPLES DO NOT GROW ON PALM TREES. COCONUTS DO.
