- Join me as I head to The Eden Project located in Cornwall, England for the first time! In this vlog I take you along for a full tour of this fantastic experience, including footage from inside the two huge biomes. The Eden Project opened in 2001 and features the largest indoor rainforest in the World containing thousands of different plant species. Along with that I take you for a full tour of the beautiful outdoor botanical gardens and much more!

It’s a great place, really enjoyed discovering it all for the first time!
Born and raised in Cornwall, I live 30 mins away. Love The Eden Project, they do loads for local communites.

I remember seeing that surfboard in the biome, and reading that it had been made entirely with items from the biome (balsa wood, plant-based resin, etc.). Amazing stuff.

Thank you for taking me there because I had to cancel a flight to Britain due to covid. Have been to Houses and Gardens in Cornwall in the nineties, remember the crop circles, oh well, your parents will... Britain is my favourite country to visit, feels like home to me, have gone there ever since my schooldays, about 15 times, and shall come again. I've been at Biosphere in Arizona, too, in 2003, never knowing there'd be a place like that in Europe, ever. We have nice gardens and greenhouses in Germany, too, but nothing compares to this, so I'm keen to go as soon as possible. With love :)

I visited eden project when it first opened, and try to go back once every five years. To see the difference now to what it was is just incredible, I know it's not cheap but I recommend it's worth a visit at least once in your lifetime, it will leave you with wonderful memories of a very special place.

Yes, different types of plants require different temperatures, even in the tropics, and a big consideration is a cooling wind under a hot sun, while other types of plants require hot steaming humidity.
You noticed the differences yourself as you were walking round with mum and dad.
What a beautiful place that is.... even if you're not into plants, the atmosphere and colors are amazing! Of course, every good attraction ends with the gift shop... lol

I say, It’s meant to be warm on the 20th August. I like gardening. Manor Heath Jungle Experience in Halifax will be a good visit on your adventures as hopefully I will make an appearance. It’s Alan Titchmarsh who’s super mad on gardening. Anyway, make sure you get out there and have your own adventures. 😊

Stage is used for Eden sessions ...major acts n shows throughout sumer Nd used for ice rink at xmas
That stage area is for the concerts they have in July and August

Hey if you're in Cornwall I suggest checking out Perranporth beach the longest beach in Cornwall "3 miles of golden sand " there is also a great coastal walk along the top
Eden is also a fantastic concert venue, the only one of note in Cornwall.
The driftwood horses are cool
Went past this a few years ago but no time to visit. Was looking forward to your take on it so thank you . It will be great if the plans for the Northern Eden Project in Morecambe gets the go ahead as that will be just about an hour away from home. The plans for that look impressive.

Something very similar to this is Kew Gardens and in my opinion it is definitely worth it they also have lots of events normally on like a Christmas light event. It is in London if you ever think about having a visit

Went to the Eden project back in 2004 on a trip with my collage. It looks so different now that all the plants have grown even more!
Was thinking about visiting when I'm down that way in September but £32.50 is a bit steep for a ticket =|
Side note: Anyone with small children who watch Cbeebies will recognise the domes from "Andy's Safari / Aquatic Adventures" as they use the external shots as "Safari world", Also you can see "Andy's Jungle hut" at 18:32.... I need to get out more XD
did you go up on the dangling platform at the top of the rainforest or was it closed because on some days you can go right up there and its pretty scary lol

Not this time! Definitely will on my next visit!
He's got an annual pass 4 it I'm sure he will come down with Charlotte and do the zip wire and climbing wall in a future vlog

I went there on a school trip. it was pretty good. it was a very hot day but the cue in the shop took too long and the ice cream was over priced. everything else was great
I went here last week for the first time and I was pretty disappointed by everything except the greenhouses. There was no formal food outlet and it all just felt very amateurish, but the domes are still pretty impressive.
