you've really got the notch and chaff and turn back in down to a science. I often notch for two long then just get stuck defending. You seem to know exactly when it is safe to recommit.

Would you rather recommend the mirage in close quarter combat or bvr ? For me it has always been an excellent cqc fighter jet but now with mica it might be viable for bvr . What would be your go to style ?
@@YanisHoferickthe F15C is probably the best BVR plane ATM, you can fly at 10km at 2300kph and turn without loosing speed, which makes it very hard to get hit by missiles and an excellent launch platform

@@saturnascension I wouldn’t say meta, not in a world where gripens, f15’s, f16’s, su27’s and mig29’s where a thing. They all had better weapons and way better flight model. One sustained turn with the mirage and you were out of energy, and weighted a lot more than others because of the increased fuel consumption that forced you to load more, so good luck getting your energy back. Magic 2’s where the best thing it had, and though good, certainly not the best. So yeah, I wouldn’t say meta. Competent is good enought for how it performed.

It had rather efficient fuel consumption, and the fm was crazy around 15m of fuel and below, don't know where you got this speed bleed after 1 turn you're talking about, did you ever even use it? 530d's are good too and much harder to just roll and dodge than sparrows because they pull more

However, the basic rwr sound of this game is terrible, so the msl warning sound doesn't leave my ears. Some people used to get away with this by using DCS rwr or a sound mode that provided other sounds. I'm just wondering what great synergies will be when your play is combined with the joy of rwr sound mode.
