Yo so my settings and everything is good I’ve watched a thousand videos on yt and my mic is still but working I’ve done everything like I can hear Audio just my mic doesn’t work

I have checked all the settings. I have helped friends connect their mic plenty of times. My mic wont pick up my voice and my controller cant even be used as a mic. Im starting to think its a ps5 issue

Bro when i plug mu headset in it glitches the sound and i have to spin and play around with the thing you put in for the mic and it still dosent work the past 4 headsets ive had done the same thing
So those of you having the problem where your audio works but your mic isn’t working just restart your ps5 I’m not certain it’ll work for everyone but it worked for me
No help, Its just Sony fault that they spit on customers. I have 5 headsets with mics every one for about 500$ hi end products. And they just say fuk you buy another one that’s called pulse. I I have also 300$ Sonys headset that doesnt work either, they just block the microphone and that’s it.
Hi To fix this go to settings (configuración) then sound (sonido) then salida de audio (audio output) then ➡️ headphones (auriculares) then ➡️ headphone output ( salida para auriculares) then ➡️ all audio (todo el audio) Now You can listen movies or music fron the joystick 🎮 Bye ✌🏻
I just bought the turtlebeach recon 200 for ps5 and its not appearing in the output device. The only thing is showing is HDMI device(tv). I tried everything and nothing, this is pissing me off.
Mine says microphone connected to controller i can't switch it to headset mic there is no option but the audio works just fine i just need to fix controller mic pls help

I have the same on another playstation it works but on mine playstation it doesn't but my old broken headset still works on my ps

Sounds like the microphone ( headset ) isn’t being registered from the audio jack. Could be hardware related

Brooo mine turn on charge and all but when i plug them into my consol they dont show up as an output option a50 on ps5

I restart my ps5 and reset me controller and gives me the same problem & it’s a new controller so annoying
