Along with what appears to be his nod of approval. Yeah, love it too. The whole thing. I keep going back to watch that. RIP Chester. You struggled every day. Much love and respect.
In my opinion, the way that Mike and Jay-Z have that "conversation" between Jay and the cop lifts this song up even more, it's so good. LP was such a great band, for me they were a gateway to both heavier music and hip-hop as well. The remix album Reanimation was such a wild ride for me, I love that album.
Yep, I’m also glad that Jay let him rap like the first couple part of the song too. He kind of just allowed Mike to do his thing. It’s my understanding Shinoda’s the one who mashed most of the songs together.
Classic!! The look on Jay-Z face when Chester let out one of his trademark screams. Jay-Z was like "Damn Chester, why did you have to go all Demon on the crowd" He looks completely shocked and shook!!😂😂
I've realized after listening to this album that all rap needs is some real instruments and I'm all in. Give me some real guitars and drums and bass instead of the computer programmed electric bullshit.
I LOVE this song. 🤘 The second verse of 99 Problems is like my favorite rap verse of all time. I love that it is like a story, and he takes you through an experience.
i remember when this came out and watching the whole live show, it has so much energy with multiple genres and it flowed so well. glad they went this route in the early days. good memories and music! if only more people would colab like this these days! imagine the possibilities.
The instrumentals are always amazing with LP, Jay is an amazing rapper, Chester is an amazing singer, but what I truly love of this performance was seeing Jay acknowledging Chester's screams at the end.
Brother, you can still be a person of faith and enjoy all music. The same way we all still watch horror movies or action movies and it doesn't mean we are murderers or satanists. The music and movies are just concept themes and stories.
Ok, you definitely need to check one of the first ever rap/metal collabs, Thrash icons Anthrax, with rap icons Public Enemy doing the song Bring the Noise
If you want to see another side to Linkin Park, you should react to ‘The Messenger’. I think you’d really appreciate the lyrics and raw emotion in his vocals in that one, trust me!
read plenty of comments that said Chester looked like eminem not just here but in other vids too. I mean i get it Mike and jay z are rappers and from a certain distance i guess Chester does look like Eminem here. But i think that's pretty awesome. Eminem is a legend and I love Chester, he's a legend in his own league
I like your reactions and how open you are to all genres of music. They did 6 songs live at this show. At least the ones on the DVD. But go check out the whole concert you'll love all of it. Mad respect. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Respect
should watch the 20min video highlights of making collision course ultimate mashup & concert live at the Roxy which this video is cut from. specially if your a Jay~Z fan MTV played his baller stance
If you like these combinations of rap/hiphop and rock/metal, try judgement night cd (pre 2000 big names in both genres). for me masterpiece cd as I loved both genres combined. Was experimental at that time but for me perfect :)
1 Samuel 25:13: And David said to his men, "Every man strap on his sword!" And every man of them strapped on his sword. David also strapped on his sword. And about four hundred men went up after David, while two hundred remained with the baggage. (ESV) So, each man had a sword ready to be holstered and used when required. And in Psalm 144:1, David wrote: "Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle..." Besides instruments of warfare, weapons were used in the Bible for the purpose of self-defense; nowhere in Scripture is this forbidden. In the Old Testament, we find this example of God sanctioning self-defense: "If a thief is caught in the act of breaking into a house and is struck and killed in the process, the person who killed the thief is not guilty of murder." Exodus 22:2
I'm very happy that you got to hear this masterpiece. Nothing but love and respect homie. RIP to Chester bennington. 🤘🤘🙏
I never get sick of Jay-Z's little "Holy shit" look after Chester's last scream.
I was just about to comment the same thing when I saw yours. His reaction to Chester's last line
‘… damn.. white boys crazy.. okkaaayyyy…’
Ditto!
Along with what appears to be his nod of approval. Yeah, love it too. The whole thing. I keep going back to watch that. RIP Chester. You struggled every day. Much love and respect.

Yeeesss this is great ...Chesters best scream is in their live performance sooo good

Thanks for the positive energy every video man. Great music and support.
Loveeeeee Jay-Z's stank face after Chester hit that last scream. The most beautiful face a musician can ever receive. 😏😁
The instrumentals are always amazing with LP, Jay is an amazing rapper, Chester is an amazing singer, but what I truly love of this performance was seeing Jay acknowledging Chester's screams at the end.
You’ve gotta react to Dirt Off Your Shoulder/Lying From You
This. Most underrated performance off this set. Not nearly enough reactions to it.
I’ve only seen very few reactions to that song. Needs way more credit

this was an album and it was put together by MTV
2nd segment Jay-Z was rapping over rock beat. This is one of beat mashups.
Wish I had that extra cash to join up on Patreon man, there are so many great and inspiring songs we could rock up on with the Gibby Gang.
Your videos are always great. Keep up the great work💯
Great reaction.
One more song that Linkin Park covered is Sabatoge.
