Imly fish curry is the BEST!!!!!!! My brother and me go fishing and catch walleye, and our Amma makes the best Imly curry just like this. This lady’s kids are lucky because I can tell she is an amazing cook just like my Amma! Indo-Fijian style food is a taste of its own. Thank you Aunty. Great video as always. And thank you again for teaching me how to make my favourite thing Semai!!!!!! Lol.

Dear Ray, You are welcome. Now you can also cook like a Pro, just like your Amma does. There is something totally different about Fiji Style cooking and I also think Fiji recipes are the best. Thank you for appreciating my recipes. My husband and my kids all enjoy what ever I cook but from time to time they like to have different types of foods well. Regards Anita.

Dear Tupou, You are welcome. This is how, we South Indians make tamarind chutney. This recipe has been in my family for a very long time. Fennel is very good for us, not only it helps with digestion, it also give flavour to the chutney. Hope this was helpful. Regards Anita.
