- i've been waiting for this since forever! he finally acknowledged his feelings for her!!!!
this episode was so exciting and so heartbreaking for me at the same time tbh. seeing him finally acknowledging his feelings for her is so tragic because she is his weakness. he wanted to quit so badly but once she begged him he couldn't say no and i think he hates himself for that. he's so vulnerable right now especially because he understands that this love is one-sided. that's odd but when she said "i fucking love you , Quinn, you know that, don't you?" she hurt him in a worst possible way.

I've wanted them to get together since the moment he showed up. Just...the way he looks at her. So intense. I cannot get over it. He's so in love with her.
I don't know why - but I love the relationship/friendship/colleague whatever it is connection between Quinn and Carrie.
I haven't watched the show in a while, but even when I was on season 2, I felt like these two would happen at some point. Loved this video! :)
if you love them you should definitely keep on watching because something is going to happen between these two, that's for sure!

+remi blur i know right?! ... i love how in the earlier seasons he's just always there and looking out for her... and you see him fall for her harder every season and these videos capture that so well...they built up this relationship so well on this show, i seriously never loved a couple on a show as much as these two ....so well done!

She was obsessed with Brody and then, she was determined to prove his innocence for his family and her baby and to clear his name. He tried killing her and had her committed into a mental institution. You think that's love. Wow! She sacrificed Brody's life for the mission. She didn't sacrifice Quinn's life for the terrorist he was trying to blow up. He wouldn't sacrifice his mission for anyone other than Carrie. She's afraid of a relationship with Quinn like he's afraid of one with her because they each know that they can seriously truly get their heart broken by the other. I also noticed the sparks between these two characters since Season 2 and it's only been getting stronger and now, after Season 5, the writers have to get it together and get the TIMING right!
+Deb H Before they get them together, Carrie needs to be more involved when it comes to Quinn. She is too selfish, he needs and deserves better. After they introudced his character in the second season, I felt it too, like something might be happening with these two, but their story is complicated, maily because He is in love, while She is not there yet.
I believe that she is, but she's afraid. I think that she's ready now. I think when she realized that she could still have a normal life even with her illness is when she knew she wanted to be with him. She went looking for him and I think that if she would have found him or talked to him. they'd be together. But bad timing. Maybe in the next Season, she play more of a role of taking care of him and that will probably freak him out because he's not used to having anyone take care of him. He's always looked out for Carrie and she better look out for him! Here's hoping.
+Deb H I honestly doubt that, she had serious problems in dealing with her daughter, it's hard to imagine her taking care of Quinn. She left him while he was badly injured, close to his death and she only started looking for him after 9 days...what I want is to see her become more human. Maybe she cares for Quinn, but too little and she is not showing it. I desperately want him to survive, even if it takes the entire season of recovery, as long as he does and it brings something new to the story, I am patient. But if he is over, it's just too cruel and too stupid and Homeland will not recover, Carrie and Saul are not enough for the audience to root for the show anymore.
I totally agree with you. I think that seeing Quinn in the chambers really opened her eyes to how much she truly cares for him. She always has but has been afraid because of her illness and because he may leave her too. She knows that Quinn risked his life to protect hers and now, she's read his letter stating that he love her always. I hope that she does take care of him and she admits that she loves him too. If they kill off Quinn? Homeland will lose a lot viewers! We knew from Season that these 2 had a connection and Quinn has risked so much for her. She truly needs to step up for this time!

I could see that Quinn had something for Carrie since season 2, but I can't see Carrie ever loving someone as much as she loved Brody. She may learn to love Quinn one day, but it will never be as intense as her feelings towards Brody.
And in the episode 4x03, I pitied Quinn when Carrie said "I fucking love you Quinn, you know that don't you?" because that's like what she would say to her plumber after repairing her pipes. It felt less meaningful than if she had said she loved him as a friend. She was completely clueless about his feelings for her.
The Carrie and Brody relationship was TOXIC and it made her unbearable. I don't understand why so many people shipped them - they were all wrong for each other. It compromised her mission and Brody should have made more of an effort to reunite with Jessica. Carrie's relationship with Quinn was one of EQUALS. I don't care about her obsession with Brody - which, in many ways, burdened the show. She should have been with Quinn.
Well by now we watch the end of Season 5 and Presumably Quinn is going tru the Light he is dying or dead and this is the second time the writers kill another love of Carrie someone that can keep her working at an even peace so start writing to the writers WE WANT QUINN BACK! IN SEASON 6!
