Hey man i have a suggestion, what about you start some series about books you have found interesting within the self development space and do a review such as you did one time with "Books that have changed my life" It could even be videos not longer than 10 minutes but i just enjoyed alot of your insights on the books you talked about on that specific video so i´d like to see more! (If you want, i´d also like philosophy books, because those are the realesst and truest form of improving ourselves and our critical thinking about things, about life, about our experiences)

Excellent video Ryan. So much of what you say resonated here. " A part of you certainly wants to die. A part of you needs to die " ... " give that to yourself " The way you articulate these feelings which so many men have experienced; many of them experiencing them alone, hidden from the light of the rest of the world, it's so fucking powerful. You have a great gift in this sense. I'm glad that I found your channel some time ago. I'm in a much better place, mentally, than when i first stumbled across it. It's helped me to see that so many other people have felt and have been to a similar headspace as where I was. I see some of this self talk now and it's like a mirror of who I was at that point, or who I thought I was and it's fucking scary from an outside perspective. This is what the people who love and care about me had seen when I would let my mask slip... and the brevity of the feeling... that the way I see that mindset now is likely how those people felt about me back then... that is overwhelming.
Thank you for your content. I hope it reaches so many more people like me who are living through their dark nights of the soul. I'm very inclined to share your words with them and do what I can to help them make the choice to stay with us for themselves.
