Inspect your Glock 44 firing pin sleeve. Mine has several thousand rounds through it, and it has been trouble free until now. The firing pin is hammering out the slot in the sleeve, and the plastic is curling up. You can see if yours is doing it without removing the slide cover. If you do disassemble it, and have this defect, Glock will blame you for improper disassembly...

Compared it to my Taurus TX ... like night and day! G44 shoots circles around the cheap made Taurus. Taurus is the most LEAST accurate of all my 22LR pistols. Stick to Quality HV ammo like CCI and the G44 runs totally Reliable! G44 Best 22LR on the market!
