The only thing i hate about our movies are songs. Do not get me wrong songs are often great but including them in movie is just break the immersion.
For example I am watching something serious suddenly song comes up all about sadness, or Hero is going to rescue someone with Heroin stakes are high life and death matter,
but Hero is singing/Dancing with Heroin changing clothes every 10sec, 200 dancers come following same moves as hero, changing locations etc. This is just ridiculous.
This can not go on. Bollywood or anyother film industry have to remove songs from movies put that money toward movie to make it more realistic.

So the character was originally named "Mahadev" but changed to "Dev/Brahmdev" expecting outrage. IMO they should keep the original name (i realise the trilogy is based on Shiva roops), some might object but Hindus collectively aren't so snowflaky as others.

Lmao. What are you even talking about. We have literally been the most cry baby religion since 2014. Getting offended on every single thing we can and cannot about. Also let me remind you, Brahmastra was already called on to be boycotted because of Sushant Singh and nepotism drama that the government orchestrated to keep the public busy with some shit and not focus on actual governance. Also the government wants to silence bollywood because movie stars and cricketers are the two most influential people in this country. Cricketers don't have balls to speak against the government as they/BCCI is the one who pays them.
But Hindi movie industry is not run by government money, hence they can easily speak out against the government. Why do you think Aryan Khan was Targeted. You Target Shahrukh Khan and it tells everyone that if Shahrukh Khan is not safe then no one is. Thus no dares to speak against the government.
The government is constantly trying to destroy the power of movies. The step is propaganda, It already has but I don't want to get into that as I have not seen those movies.

Nope changing the name is a good move astras like nandi astra, vanara astra, etc doesn't exist in the mythology to begin with ayan has already twisted the original astras which was very stupid of him bcz the astra like bhargavaastra, sammohan astra, etc etc are so much cooler then these animal astras ayan came with but once again indians ignoring their culture and trying to turn astra verse into superhero verse they can and it will be way better if they would just stick to the original astras and shastras.

It's a mere speculated movie which has no roots to Indian origin except the names
