Wow! Mind = blown 🤯 That's an amazing haul! From my LCS this week I got a 1/4 oz gold Chinese Panda coin & Mexican 2.5 peso .06 oz. I prefer American gold but got these for below melt so couldn't pass them up!

What a haul!
Do the MS 70 graded coins make it into the wild or are they identified at the mint? What a benefit to distributors if MS 70 coins arrive ungraded mixed into their orders.
Based on my understanding, a lot of the big wholesalers will send the coins straight away for grading. The ones that come back at 70 garner a higher premium. While I don't like an overweighting of graded gold bullion, I believe it has a place in a diversified stack.
My detour into proofs this year messed up my gold goals. Still we have more than this time last year. Onwards and stackwrads.
Yes, it is a detour indeed! I detoured into heavy silver weight as well as proofs..., but overall we're still accumulating. Maintain the course, my friend!

Too bad that proof buffalo wasn't in a black slab like that 1 eagle. Wicked with the black background. Im hoping for at least 2 more ounces of gold before year end. Saving for black friday. I always grab at least an ounce of gold ✌🏻
That's a good idea to pick up an ounce of gold on Black Friday. I'll keep looking for a proof buffalo in a black slab. We'll see.
