You already don't have an air force, let alone a naval air fleet, which is non existent. That's why your two air craft carriers are bare. You are probably better off with the f-35s, they are newer, far cheaper,with more available spare parts and a far bigger network of service for them than the f-22, which makes the cost of service for them far cheaper. The cost of service for the f-22s is probably far longer than the initial purchase of the air frame. Think wisely before you purchase.
