- Hello! In today's video I make new embroidery designs for minky baby blankets I sell on Etsy and I show you how I list new items on Etsy. I show from start to finish how I create new items to add to my Etsy Shop and online business and how I list new items on my successful Etsy shop. I show you how I use my Brother PE800 embroidery machine to make two new applique designs that I embroidered onto minky fabric. Then I show how I take product photos, edit product photos on Picmonkey, and how I create titles, descriptions, and tags on Etsy to get me more sells on Etsy and drive traffic to my shop. Thank you for watching! Please like and subscribe!

I love that Etsy is open and working for me while I’m sleeping.
Yaaasss me too
Thank you so much . I had so many items skipped on Etsy . Definitely saving this video ! I love your Chanel so glad you popped up! Very helpful. ALSO.. I LOVE how real you are, if it’s not in budget you keep that real ! ♥️. Most of us are on a budget .
Thanks for watching!
Thank you! LOVE this! Love your channel. This is so helpful. I was trying to figure out how to add baby blankets to my shop without making a whole blanket.
Wow thank you so much. Love your videos . You make it look so easy. I love to craft but always scared to post on etsy. I tried to sell one item on etsy back in 2015 but was not sure what I was doing. After watching you I am going to try again. Thank you.
Wow your blanket looks so so good
Thank you!
yes ! . I hope to try it out .
Best of luck!
Love ur name!! I thought it was a play off needle & thread but Neita is ur actual name. So freaking cute!!
What size do make blankets?
When you are adding a similar listing to shop, go to the original listing in your shop manager and click on the drop down menu of the listing and chose copy. Then everything from the original is copied to the new item. You just have to fix title, description, and tags. You don’t have to copy and paste. Makes listing so much easier ;).
Omg I never knew this!! Thank you for making my life so much easier!! ❤❤❤
Thank you for the information you are sharing. The are truly helpful.
Thanks for watching ❤❤
I love the barn. So cute! Good job 👏 👏 👏
Thank you! ❤❤
You are an ETSY master
🤘🤘🤘
You need to start using a cricut to cut out your appliqué. It would have made the barn so much faster.
I definitely need to learn how to do this
Great video! ❤️
Thank you!
my favorite youtube, blessed us with a long one!!!!
❤❤❤
look's great!
Thank you!
Hi, you do amazing job. I love your works. Please where do you get your quilt fabrics. Thanks
When you have the boxes ready, also do a tutorial unboxing the box, and explaining what each item is for... you can add a little card with the link to that video....
Love this idea!
Love it! So helpful, thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!
Yay!! Love it!! Thank you for all your tips. Omg I need help with that. I bought Angela’s course and this is still helpful for me. Thank you.
Aww glad I could help! I heard a lot of great things about her course. I eventually want to take her course because I still have a lot to learn.
What is the best fabric to make embroidery applicate? I just buy my PE 800 and new to embroidery. I like your videos you explain very good.
I like to use cotton fabric but you can use almost any fabric such as flannel or minky fabric. Just make sure you use heatnbond lite on the back of the fabric. Thank you for watching!
Thank you for the great tips!!
Hi Neita can you post a link for the disappearing pen? Thanks for the great information
Thank you for watching. Here is the link for the air erase marker

Hello, you are doing a awesome job. I wanted to know the embroidery tension and tension you set for that project
Thank you
@@NeitaFajita thank you
Hello, what type of embroidery thread are you using for your pe800
I use this kind for now and love it amzn.to/3pM03Ar
Better get my popcorn ready
😊😊😊😊
I am quite impressed with your projects. I'm just starting and am in love with the applique process. I have the same machines as you do. :) So I see you use a water stabilizer in the front, why is that? Do you use a stabilizer in the back?
The water soluble stabilizer on the front to help the stitches not sink into the fabric or to have the minky pop through the stitches. I use cut away on the back for stabilizer.
Do you place your design on the short or long end of the blanket?
I place it on the bottom of the long end
Can you do a video on how you make your photo board out of contact paper? Do you
Use extra glue?
Yes of course! I dont use any glue just the contact paper
How much of the backside fabric of the blanket do you normally purchase for a specific design, like that cute pineapple? I am on a fixed income and don’t want to overbuy for the back side fabric? Great video. Just subscribed.
Thanks for subscribing! When I first started I would just get 2 yards at a time and I would always try and use a coupon too whenever I bought.
Do you prewash your fabrics prior to sewing? What size were your mock up minky fabrics? Thank you
No I do not prewash and my mockups pieces 12x12 or 15x15 (I just use scrap pieces so I don't use an exact measurement)
@@NeitaFajita Thank you for responding. I appreciate your help.
do you change the bobbin each time?
I only change it once it runs out of thread
Hello this is Jean do you ever change your tension tension on your embroidery machine
I havent changed my tension but I only embroider baby blankets so that's probably why I haven't needed to change my tension.
Great video!
Thank you!
I love your shirt!!!
Thank you!
I have so what pro but haven't used it need to take class's .
There are a ton of great RUclips videos on how to use the program. I am still learning all of its features but its super easy to learn. Thanks for watching
very informative thank you but I see you are not on etsy? thank you
Thanks for watching ❤ I have my shop linked in the description ❤
Hi, do you digitize yourself own work and how do you add it to you pe800?
These designs I got off etsy. I use a program called Sew What Pro to edit and merge files and then save them to a USB stick and then upload the designs to my PE800
She designed on What site? Sew it pro? Can someone please help? Neita you should do a video on how to get it from etsy, then adjust it and put it to your usb.....Did you say sew it pro?
SewWhat Pro. I have a few videos on where I show how I purchase it from etsy and adjust it. I can't remembers which videos though
What are your favorite fonts?
Farmhouse is my current favorite
