My only question is, do you have any suggestions on cutting your fabric down from yards/half yards into your strips? I always seem to get crooked or frayed edges or somehow don’t get as much as what I draw out on paper. I use a rotary cutter and the same cutting mat you have.

Thank you for this informative video. OMG how cute these turned out 💕💕💕💕💕 On the head wrap board I saw that there was measurements on it 14” and 7” what does that mean? Your didn’t say how long of a piece we will need the make the head wrap bow.

The measurements are for head size and the size board. You could use a 5x36 for babies and 5x52 inches for toddler and kids sizes.

Such a good video. I use a sewing pattern for my headwraps but I noticed sometimes they are a bit tight in the in between sizes so I’m going to try to tweak it when I find some time. If not I might have to go ahead and buy the boards. Also, I felt that so much about life being busy. I’ve had to take the train for the first time in almost a decade everyday this week to take my son downtown for his state standardized testing, plus my mom is in the hospital with pneumonia, and although my business hasn’t been super busy I’ve been struggling this week to get my orders out. It’s been a week of little sleep and a lot of walking which is killing me 😅😂

For this method of making bows bullet fabric or a stretchy knit fabric will work the best.

I went to the fabric store today and the knit fabric and spandex/cotton kinda felt the same. Is knit fabric thicker?
