@@xsiikphyziiksx7205 It really depends on the area. I was at a produce company so stock rotation was a big deal. It wasn't hard(wasn't easy either) to get $40/hr with picking incentive. They also offered incentives for working extra days on top of overtime.
Gotta learn the cases first, then learn how to build a solid bases, use cardboard but the main thing is knowing what your stacking. Your stacking the same cases over and over everyday so what works one time do it again and again and perfect it.
How tall do they allow you to build pallets? When I selected, they measured the height of our pallets, no bullshit.
I miss the checks but don't miss getting out of bed after a week of that.

How do you quickly pick which item to get like do you just know the product or are you looking at the location?
@@4KayyJayy I’m getting better at building. My pick rate has increased to 191 an hour. If I reach 210 I get a bonus of 850 dollars
