    My key takeaways.
    1. Discover what you love
    2. Design your life to do more of what you love.
    3. Serve mankind ( not from vid )
    4. Provide for my family & future generations
    * What is the easiest, laziest way to achieve a result? Stop glorifying hustle.
    * What are my values?
    * What is my “ win “ ( Define success for yourself )
    * Stop “ productive procrastination “
    * Gotta sacrifice something…spin one plate at a time. Once it’s spinning, start spinning another.
    Is there anyone I’d trade lives with? No. So then go ahead and own yours.
    * What feels effortless for me? That is where my unfair advantage is.
    * Say NO to anything that is out of alignment.

    SUMMARY:
    Fomo? Envy? Find out your values and live according to those
    Time managment: more time dedicated to what you value more
    Spinnin plate theory: focus on 1 thing at the time then add another, then maintain
    Avoid Productive Procastination: avoid doing what is just barely productive, audit what gives you the most ROI x time spent (opportunity cost) = ruthless priotization, find highest ROI activities and just do those
    Be willing to not be perfect. Done is better than perfect
    Find what is the easiest way to still accomplish the result
    Have a clear win, clear goals
    Find what is effortless for you, that's your unfair advantage vs the competition

    Here we are, a video about how to embrace and eliminate insecurity, by figuring out what values I really want to move toward, and staying in integrity with that, allowing my invested ego identity energy to transmute into my true Self, and form my CHOSEN identity

    It all sounds good, but if you don't know yourself, you don't know WHAT your priorities are, and what is it that you truly want to dedicate yourself and your life towards then you are screwed before even approaching a start line.
    As for me, it feels like I simply don't know myself, don't know what I want or what I am supposed to be, and as a result I sit in home all day, maybe go outside to ride a bike, I try out different things but it never feels like it's "me" so to speak. So I just wander around and sit in this brain fog bubble, unable to build my life around a purpose because I don't even know that purpose or what I want to work towards.

    • @katieann9026
      @katieann9026 Год назад

      IMO the best path would be putting themselves as priority 1 and live that way for a few years before marrying anybody. Because too often people get married to someone who isn't compatible with their authentic self, so either they're stuck being inauthentic to make the relationship work, or their authenticity asserts itself and demands that they divorce this person who isn't their match.

    somehow i just had to think of a thing i recently came to realize, i thought, why is someone offended when i tell him something about himself that he already knows? like he's fat. because HE doesen't like the fact he's fat. it's his problem. if people tell me i stink i say "yes" and that's it. because i don't want to smell like roses or whatever chemicals that everyone is spraying themselves with. i want to smell like ME. and if they don't like it, it's not my problem. yes, i'm weird. that's not going to change. deal with it.
    i don't care about being anything other than myself. and now that i think about it, this already seems like enough of an accomplishment to last a lifetime. because i paid dearly for relentless authenticity. DEARLY!

    13:18 The metric. Isn't that "subjective"? If my long term goal is to "be objective" with myself ( because 'free choice' involves "not owning the truth" ) , then it involves defining myCONSCIOUSNESS and also willing to breakUNCONSCIOUSNESS, and that imho is impossible. (because, obviously, SUCCESS without a team is masturbation).

I used to be shy as a kid. I probably was cute but i took all the stares and giggles from girls as being picked on and made fun of. I got swol and everything changed. I now walk like i own the place and know i can take your girl, even the married ones. Its them, they for the streets 😂
