Update after 3,5 years and about 3000 boards: the TVM802B is still working very well. I had to replace a broken cable and I have repaced the VAC pump by an external stronger pump. Everything else is working fine. The machine is not perfect, but its relatively cheap and does a wonderful job for me.
I like this video, it's much more easiler for English users. Much more simple than seeing our manual:) Thanks for sharing. From Ashley Liu,ROBOTDIGG, agent of TVM.
Thank you, Liu. I would like to see a video like that for the TVM920. I want to buy a TVM920 but its hard without any information and user references. Harry
that happens. After placing the parts I always look over the board and make corrections if required. The reason is, that the integrated VAC pump is a bit weak. I replaced it with an external very strong VAC pump and the results get much better,
This video is great. TVM802 model is good for me too ,it's working for 4 years already cheap and durable . I considering about QIHE new model QM61 with six head automatic model . Do you know more information about it?
Looks great! Any plans on selling them? I'd certainly like to give you some of my money! :) I have a CNC machine, but I do not have it setup to do aluminum.
Hi, awesome video thx! question about bottom right ssot6 or similar. It looked very skewed.was it missplaced? I get my own machine today, exactly same but with a tube feeder as well. interested in any advice you might have
@@Chingonazo1 The only things I don't like are the ganged tape pull stripping the tape cover and the spring dispenser for each reel where the component feed occurs seem to interact, and be difficult to set up, and temperature change definitely effects calibration of the pick. Note the back reels have no where for the tape to go except under PCB and out front. A problem if you have trays for ICs there. The tube feeder seems a waste of time to us, more problems than worth. vision is ok, for what it is. With those things said, its still useful for prototyping.
Do you find you can not run it over a certain speed? Just got mine and I have been testing at higher speeds and it seems OK, but your video is running at maybe 30? Please comment on speeds you can run at max with no issues.
except 2 components everything is placed with 100% speed. I know it looks slower compared with other videos, but I promise it is 100%. Maybe a firmware issue, I don't know.
yes, there is a camera to check the position of the component on the nozzle. Today I use this camera for all components which takes a little more time but makes placing much more precise.
Hi. Is it possible for you to make a guide for calibrating the machine? The "papers" are not exactly explaining the process in detail. Would very much appreciate it. Thanks

What is cost and cph?

Здравствуйте, этот станок отлично работает на скорости в 70%, даже на шатком столе, если стол будет очень устойчивый то скорость можно увеличить.
Where can I download the program and drivers for video cameras?
Где найти программу и драйвера для камер?
The custom made tray, did you purchased it of the shelf or you made it. Wondering if anywhere can get the cad file as an open source.
What is the recommended table size to place TVM802B? Is it ok to let the reel bar hang like that instead rested on the table?
Hello Sir, 6:36 did you bake it afterwards and how?
Hi, gibt es von der IC Platte eine Download Datei? Würde die gerne nachbauen.
6:17 bottom right. Totally missed
I was noticing that also, it was corrected before being put into the IR Oven.

Where did you get your IC tray from? I have this same machine and would love to get a bigger tray.
I made it by myself on a mill, it is aluminium.
Would you perhaps consider publishing the design? I think it would be very useful to a lot of people, myself included :)

I would buy it too :)

How do you calibrate the bottom camera position?
What is the pricing for this in 2021?

Hello Aiken, did you buy the machine? If so, how do you like it?

Hi Harry, apart from the individual speed, there is a general speed bar that is hidden in the maximized screen, you must increase this bar.

Why does it go to the light source with some components? To check orientation?

Hi Harry,
Did you get a user manual with your machine ?
I got some "papers", but I would not call it User Manual, so the correct answer is: no.
Did you achieve to adjust the machine to pick the component exactly in its center ?
Hi. Is it possible for you to make a guide for calibrating the machine? The "papers" are not exactly explaining the process in detail. Would very much appreciate it. Thanks
where did you get that stencil printer?
it is the TECPRINT from C.I.F, i bought it from rs-components.com
ATMEL FTW!!!
Cool :)
