    Photo of the result?

These PCBs were soldered long ago for development purpose and now this device is in mass production - so we don't assemble with this machine anymore. Can't make you a photo.

@@iwoandonov ok thanks. Can you recommend the ZB3245TSS? Why you sold the P&P machine?

@@smartelec I didn't sold it. I can recommend for small series and development. Often the feeder's foil roll snap up the foil around and start to push the tape forward so it loses position and many parts fall at the waste bin. You should supervise all the time what happens. There are also some bugs in the software and no interface to the feeders data and external system.

@@iwoandonov Thanks! I have worries about the machine, because it doesn't have an automatic nozzle changer. Maybe I want to mount parts like 0603 (#503), SOT23 (#504) and TQFP (#506). Then I have to change one nozzle each time, when I want to mount the TQFP part? How do you handle this with many different components?

@@smartelec I would use #503 for 0603 and SOT23 and 506 for TQFP. The bad thing is that you have to go through all the feeders and set which nozzle number is compatible. The other drawback is that assembly is getting slower if most of the components are compatible only with one of the nozzles. So if you have only one TQFP and hundreds small components you may consider position the TQFP by hand.
