I LOVE YOU LOLA!!!
AAAAAAA TEACH ME THE WAY OF GRAYSCALE
I'll try harderr haha what questions do you have specifically about grayscale?
Thank you so much. This is very helpful
Aww yay! I’m happy to hear that
I’m going to keep saying this until you get more attention: YOU NEED MORE ATTENTION
Not only are you talented in art, but you’re talented in teaching too. The way you explain things is easy to understand and follow. I’m not a beginner artist and because I’m not a beginner artist this stuff isn’t new to me and I already know it, but I think the way you explain these things are amazing for beginner artists. You don’t just say “use light and dark”, you also explain how different surfaces have different levels of light and dark.
You also occasionally add some memes to your tutorials which I think is fun. In this video I loved the “I love you” cat lol (especially because I love cats). Fun teachers are always the best teachers imo, so keep doing what you’re doing!
You’re an amazing artist, teacher, and entertainer, I really don’t understand why you aren’t getting the attention you deserve! 💖
Aww thank you so so much!! I’m self taught so I don’t really have proper art knowledge haha so I mostly “teach” in the way that I learned art. I’m so glad that you found the way I explain things helpful 💕 Your comment really motivates me to make more and better videos 🥹💖 Thanks again!!
@@owloart I’m also self taught but I watch art videos to either help me with something and/or to motivate me to draw. I wanted to learn how to do grayscale to color and I found your tutorial and it was the best one I’ve watched for that.
I really hope you keep doing what you’re doing!
aww that's amazing! If there's any specific tutorial you want me to make pls let me know ❤️
How do you know what to make soft and keeo hard cause I always overblend everything
Think of the head as a blob, and extruding parts (ears, nose, etc.) are other shapes connected on that blob. It should be smooth on the bigger surface on the blob but where the shapes connect, there should be hard edges. I hope that makes sense. Having references is very important where u can observe where the soft part and hard edges are. To avoid overblending, keep ur blend brush small and work slowly, smudge only where it’s needed. Hope that helps :)
