- I freaking love this song, i kind of need more bass though but i thought it sounded nice. i also really enjoyed learning the intro on drums. I used the audio from the M72 LA trip they did, i bought the audio since i went to that and used for for a awesome intro imo. Tell me what you think
So i got alot of comments about my timing! The thing is. I record my guitar tracks to a metronome. But what i also do is try my best to create a drum track to it with my drum set! I'm completely new to this drumming thing soo I'm trying lol. I might just stop adding drums all together. We will see. What do you guys think?
Just watched a few of your videos, this one and the Fade to Black one without drums. I think your guitar playing sound pretty tight and good. I think it would be beneficial for you to learn how to program drums beats and fills in your DAW for these covers before trying to play real electronic or acoustic set.
When you get more comfortable with the drum set then you could start incorporating that to your playing more and more. I can't drum that well myself, only know some basics and even my timing needs a lot of work with the drums. I've still noticed that the more real drumming I've done the better my drum programmings have become. I think learning the drums the right way will also improve your timing in other instruments if you use metronome while practicing the drums and playing beats along to real music
@@JanneKuronen i appreciate you taking your time to write me this! Thank you. I plan on doing pretty much exactly what you said. Thank you
@@christianacostaguitar No problem man and don't give up on the drums, it's a damn difficult instrument if you wanna progress to more complicated stuff. I wish I had the chance to practice even E-drums in my apartment, now I just need to be satisfied with doing it by midi programming. Even though I've always considered myself more as a guitarist, drumming might be sometimes even funnier thing to do because you can feel the beat of the music so vividly
@JanneKuronen yeah i just plan on playing drums for fun and eventually doing my own backing tracks but for now I'm using actual backing tracks lol
@@christianacostaguitar Yeah, I think big bands like Metallica have a lot of backing tracks for guitar on RUclips. Another way could be importing some Guitar Pro tab's midi drum track into your DAW and use Ezdrummer 2 or whatever drum plugin for sounds, of course you would need to fine-tune the velocity of the midi notes in this case and the tabulature's drums would probably differ a lot from the original work. That's why I try to play by ear as much as possible these days or if I'm lazy as usually I watch tutorial videos especially for acoustic guitar stuff
I did too killer night
Thats cool that you went to that show
ahh yes the back album...
thats embarrassing 💀
i fixed it thanks for letting me know 😭😭😭
@@christianacostaguitar for sure bro. but ngl i only clicked the video because it said back album. and i thought hmm i never heard this album

spot on tone, but use a metronome. some parts are not in time.
Yeah i figured. I'm playing to a live recording and it got funky 😭
@@christianacostaguitar gotcha.
Thank you though
What amp are you playing through? Are you using any pedals/effects? I love the tone
Playing through Bias Fx2 and stacking 6 guitars
Sweet thanks. Whats stacking 6 mean?
@@metfan8152 recording 6 diffrent tracks
Thanks man I appreciate the help
Tone is perfect, but, dawg, you got to work on timing. Awesome fucking video tho!!!!!
