There's an excellent violin concerto CD as well a romance for violin and orchestra, piano works and lieder available and a stage work. Not very much but enough to make up one's mind together with this excellent reconstruction
If you have the complete parts, reconstruction of a full score can be done in seconds. I forget the name of the program, but the longest part of the process Is feeding the pages in.
