I have about 4mil in my bank on my one and only account lvl 50 pure. Started playing more seriously these past few weeks. The key is to make profits and do it consistently. What I do is buy empty vials, buckets, pots, and anything that can hold water and fill em up. In my spare time, I like to go to the cows in lumbridge to milk them. The cows milk sell out fast.
Nice! I’ve never tried selling milk! 😅 I’ll add it to my list of methods to look into 😅 Yeah I think you’re right the best method overall is to do a variety of items as frequently as possible and you can’t not make money after a certain point 👍
@@TheLumbridgeKnight oh, milking the cows is just my side gig. I mainly do water refills with the pump next to the falador bank. Give me a shoutout if you ever make a video about this method. It took me a while to find out about this hidden money making technique.
i started playing melvor idle and i love it. i have a decent start on an osrs account but im currently about to go down to one income for my household. how crazy would it be to go from f2p to bond account?
Yo gunney74! You can definitely play on mobile, It can just be a little bit faffy at times with the touch screen controls. You can also definitely get a bond but it takes a lot of work as the price is like 10mil-ish at this point (was only 4 a few years ago). So to do it, I would have a plan for making cash once I got into members as that will be much quicker. If you like it and get sick of the bonds you can also buy OSRS on a 3 monthly or yearly basis and its a bit cheaper, though again not as cheap as it used to be... 😅😅
Even with buy limits its very possible to make 10m in 15 days from the GE. You need to memorize the average prices of each product and buy when its cheap. I often sell for 6x the value.
Yeah I think you can also override the buy limits too if you are willing to place large orders and then just wait a week 😅 It’s definitely a shame you can’t grind out a bond in less than a week like you used too… hopefully the price will go down a bit but I won’t hold my breath 😅😂
@@TheLumbridgeKnight yeah prices are crazy i came back to game my char is mid high lvl i can do high alchemy but still grind :D another problem you have only 3 slots for GE so waiting long is not an option i

@TheLumbridgeKnight For f2p I think the closest bank to water is ge bank to castle fountain, if you highlight the fountain with runelite, then you can basically make it a one click method
Closest in f2p is falador NW bank, to a water fountain spigot. It used to be the bank chest and fountain in lumbridge castle on PVP worlds, but they changed that at some point so you either can't use the fountain, or some other restriction to it. It might still be, but definitely used to be one of the biggest bot farms you could find.
That could be true, it’s definitely a problem that a lot of the GE methods kinda depend on how many people are using that method, too many and it crashes the price and demand making it hard to sell. There’s also a limit on the pie dishes for this one so you can only buy 500 every 4 hours, so it’s best to leave a big order on the go in advance of making the pie dishes. Always check the margins on OSRS Wiki too!
If you're doing this task manually then you do still have to watch out for making pastry dough as making one leaves behind a *water container* and *empty pot* in your inventory along with adding a *pastry dough* to your inventory meaning you have to do 9 of each at a time instead of 14. A total of 9 empty water containers, 9 empty pots, and 9 pastry doughs
Is selling unstrung ruby amulets still profitable? I remember last time I tried to do it, like two days ago, and it hardly sold at all. I had to lower the price by 5% to get them to sell...
I think it might be profitable to string them and either sell them to Grum's Gold Exchange or to the GE. Personally I'd use my rubies to make Ruby Rings for forging as if you fold them into smithing it will help a lot as iron is the fastest smithing Exp.
I'm trying to figure out a easy way to make more gp without killing. I would like skilling skills. Meaning crafting. And I'm on mobile phone. And tips please and thank you
Yeah so I think one of the most profitable methods if you are looking for skilling is to look at Smithing and Crafting. If you use profitable methods like gold jewellery, and invest the profits in buying materials for Smithing, looking at the GE atm though the profits from Smithing are pretty poor. Have you considered training Magic? High Alching items is a great method, or are you trying to be a pure skiller?
so im actually coming back to the game after a bit and before I was making about 200k+ profit with diamond necklaces which got me up to 5mill (back when a bond was round 6mill) but got burnt out and now that I want to come back I wonder if its still profitable
Ahh fair one, you just buying the cut dimonds and gold, then making necklaces to sell? 🤔 you should try selling at Grums in Port Sarim, might make an extra 500 coins per necklace depending on his stock levels.
No problem dude!👍 The Wilderness store is a cool one... Until someone kills you when your on your way back with all your coin 😅😅😅 Luckily that doesn't happen very often... Thanks for the comment man! 👍😀
Hi austin7251! I’ve not measured that exact method so it’s a bit of a best guess based on some rough figures but if I’m calculating this correctly you should make about 749 coins per wine, you’ll need to carry law runes and an air staff so 27 wines per trip, which gives about 20k profit per trip. Falador banks probably closest, I guess it takes 1-2 mins each way and the wine respawns ever 30s. So in an hour you will probably get roughly 6 full inventories so probably a minimum of 120k per hour. But I think If you get slick with it, use world hopping maybe take water runes to reduce transit time back to the back, you might get upwards of 200+k/ph. Looks like a good method if you ask me I’ll have to do some in game testing to confirm and give a more accurate figure but, on paper it looks pretty good 👍 Hope that makes sense man 😅
Unfortunately you can’t always do it for everything, but you can see and set the options holding ‘shift key’, then ‘right clicking’ I think 🤔 it might just be a left click
u can buy-sell them in bulk, but there is a buying limit to each item, eg. you can buy 70 rune shields a day, this daily limiter is set to make sure rich people dont destroy the economy plus new players will keep buying items to alch and make prices fluctuate like crazy, i hope i was able to be coherant and helpful enough, english is my 2nd language...
On a technical level you can withdraw items in bulk in noted form (at the bank), you can then sell the noted items at shops and the GE. Once you have things noted you can put items either 1 by 1 or in a big stack into one of the GE slots, set the price and wait for the items to sell. If they don't you might need to lower the price. Hopefully that make sense. 😅
Let me know how that one goes! As far as I could see this was something I came up with (getting it from the party room in falador anyway) I did tests and it seemed promising, just wondering how consistent the price will be! Good luck making some dollar I hope it works out 👍👍😁😁
You can definitely start with small quantities if you need to, but you probably want to do it in batches of 500 due to the buy limits, so by my calculations I’d recommend about 150k, depending on market costs you might need a bit more or a bit less 👍🤔
Yeah you should be fine with 200k bud, just remember that’s there’s a 500 limit on pie dishes so you can only buy 500 every 4 hours. If you want more I’d maybe leave an open order over night or something 😁👍
Grinding is a fair old amount of work but if you want to try membership for free it’s a fair option 👍😅 just a shame the bonds have gotten so expensive they were more like 4 mil this time last year
I’ve not tried that properly, I think it’s definitely possible but I think you need a really high w/c lvl to make it really profitable 🤔 how are you finding it?
leave some skill focus high alchemy if your magic is low lvl by telekinesis wine of zamok you can earn magic exp while making money you need 53 magic for high alchemy and it's by far best f2p money making
Buddy got me back into OSRS a few days ago, I find it so funny that I've already been doing the iron thing. He was like, "bro if we go members I can make rings of forging" then I was like, "there's a thing that lets you get 100% of your iron?" Started buying them on GE immediately, also, of you're willing to walk around a bit. There's almost always someone botting at al kharid at the 3 iron spot and just dropping the ore there. The walk from there to the bank is a bit long, but you can straight up pick up 28 iron at a time for free, I was making about 100k an hour with this. It's definitely better than just buying smelting and reselling, but it is a lot more clicking cause you have to walk from the iron drop to the bank. Tbh, at that point I'm also not sure if smelting is really all that big an improvement, you could just pick up the iron ore and sell it as is, no rings or forging, no extra steps, it's pretty good money as is. But I did smelt it, mostly cause I wanted the exp.
Yeah that's a great tip! Most people botting at the mines drop their ore, so may as well make the most of it! Some ppl use the mines near Varrock, so might be a slightly quicker run. The only thing that might speed up the method you used was to get a second account and have two running the ore, hell of a lot of clicking though... 😬😬😅😅
@TheLumbridgeKnight it would be crazy profitable though, but yeah, if I had two accounts I'd feel like I have to make them both level and skill up and stuff or it would just feel wrong, plus it's so much more work lol.
Pro Tip: If you wanna make money from the GE like a RS player. You have to *think* like a RS player. Small Example: If you catch ALOT of fish. You instinctually want to cook them to get "Cooking" XP, and them maybe sell them. But, your goal is to make money. (Think like a RS player) Other RS players want to get XP also... Raw un-cooked fish has a higher value to RS players because of what they can get out of it, in this case, they get XP. There are many players who grind XP faster by bulk-buying items in large quantities from the GE. So, "raw" fish will have a much higher demand than "cooked" fish. And the same goes for things like un-smelted iron, etc. etc. So, I guess it comes down to "What are you in the mood for?" Grinding XP? Or, making money? Remember... The GE is trading with real people. Nobody is going to buy junk. (Unless bots are buying junk for some reason.) If it's an item that is useful to you, chances are it's useful to everybody else.
That is a great point! A lot of money making is predicated on selling the item and the potential XP. This is also a demand thing too, since items used for skilling will always be in demand. Nice items are great but people will only want 1 set of armour at a time while someone training smithing will need thousands of bars 👍😁 Thanks for the awesome comment!
if i could start over the things id tell myself is... stop wasting time on logging the profits suck, go do stronghold asap and go make pizza... made a bond in 2 days doing pizza's... make 2 alts to help u out, one applies tomato, one applies cheese while your main is making bases and then cooking them and you can make more profit if you buy flower and tomato and cheese from food guy in sarim
Ahh great method man! 😁👍 Thanks for sharing! I’ll definitely check it out! 😅 You’re not the only one I spent hours and hours mining coal from levels 50-70 just because when I was a kid I thought the coal would be useful for smithing… God I wasted so much time… 😬😬
I miss when low level skilling was actually profitable :/ Instead of selling tin, copper and iron now were buying junk from NPCs and worldhopping. Even lobsters arent worth anything these days. OSRS youtubers kept saying the game is in the best state its ever been and as a returning player it really doesnt seem that way at all.
Hi Mason-kd2zr! I think most of the RUclipsrs never spend any time in F2P, so they are only referring to members. I would agree that I don't think F2P is in great shape at all, and could use an overhaul and some updates to attract new players and deal with some issues! The problem with money making in general now is that when a method becomes known as profitable, everyone starts to do it. Once the GE is flooded with items from that method the price drops and the method is no longer profitable, everything goes on a cycle like that, except for some the heavily botted activities, these will just be continually flooded. Part of the issue too is the low demand for these items as most of the player base is beyond the need for basic items, having already out levelled them. 🤔
Yo morrisdennison! How's it going? Hopefully the price of beers wont fall too much 😅😅😅 I think the other methods are reasonably well known so prices will hopefully but reasonably reliable... 😬😬😬 Thanks for the comment brother!! 👍👍👍

Ill keep an eye out for faster methods, but its difficult given how expensive bonds are now... Thanks for the comment man! Good luck if you're going after a bond! 👍👍👍
Yeah tell me about it Arch2Q89! The price has just kept going up… It’s getting to the point now where you need to know what you’re doing in P2P to earn the money after you grind out a bond. It might even be a lot easier to just buy a bond and once you’re a member try to maintain rather than grinding F2P 🤔 Thanks for the comment 😁👍

@@TheLumbridgeKnight yeah thanks im watching guides all the time my goal is to get agility and get some money but not sure what is best for profit im still doing high alchemy because idk what else i will watch your video shortly making my own LOR video right now :D
If you have some decent all round skills the Wintertodt boss gives crates that give you a decent amount of resources, some cash, chance of a few rare drops and it’s fast xp for firemaking 👍
Yeah I think farming a bond is a big ask in terms of grinding one out. Making this video I think the best way to get a bond nowadays would be to save up a good amount of money say 10 mil and then leave some open orders for items with buy limits on them. Go away for a week come back sell the items to the vendors and if you’ve gone big enough you should have made a good amount of money. Do this a few times and after all this grinding you will have enough for multiple bonds. Then once you’re in P2P you can potentially look to earn the money there as it’s a lot easier to maintain from that side than F2P… There might be another video in that 🤔😅
Yo man could be a good shout! Can you buy them quickly? The reason I picked beers was cos you can buy them quick in the party room bar, but the problem with most money making techniques in OSRS is if it gets popular enough the price drops and it’s not as worthwhile. Try it if you’re the only one doing it you should make some good money! I hope it works out! 👍👌

I definitely will man 👍
100+ hours to buy the equivalent of a bond vs spending 10 dollars (officially)
Yeah it’s brutal how much the bond price has increased 😅😔
Thank you very much for this video it gave me serious inspiration and I found a money maker using magic that I have been pretty darn happy with

Hello ton6097! And a Merry Christmas to you too! And a happy New Year! 😁👍
i started playing melvor idle and i love it. i have a decent start on an osrs account but im currently about to go down to one income for my household. how crazy would it be to go from f2p to bond account?
mostly playing on mobile as a passive game to kill time and is this game good for that?
Yo gunney74! You can definitely play on mobile, It can just be a little bit faffy at times with the touch screen controls. You can also definitely get a bond but it takes a lot of work as the price is like 10mil-ish at this point (was only 4 a few years ago). So to do it, I would have a plan for making cash once I got into members as that will be much quicker.
If you like it and get sick of the bonds you can also buy OSRS on a 3 monthly or yearly basis and its a bit cheaper, though again not as cheap as it used to be... 😅😅
Epic and Professional very nice find and view and order almost easy to remember even thank you!
Thank you keithmuller53! 😁😁👍👍 Glad the video was useful! Thank you for the comment and the awesome feedback 👍
Even with buy limits its very possible to make 10m in 15 days from the GE.
You need to memorize the average prices of each product and buy when its cheap. I often sell for 6x the value.
Yeah I think you can also override the buy limits too if you are willing to place large orders and then just wait a week 😅
It’s definitely a shame you can’t grind out a bond in less than a week like you used too… hopefully the price will go down a bit but I won’t hold my breath 😅😂
@@TheLumbridgeKnight yeah prices are crazy i came back to game my char is mid high lvl i can do high alchemy but still grind :D another problem you have only 3 slots for GE so waiting long is not an option i
Yeah the GE slot limitations is a pain think it’s more to limit bot activity but yeah… 😢😬
Or you can just use GE tracker websites ..don't need to memorize I made 7mil in week I'm returning mid lvl player high alch is best dowload autocliker buy and afk money making
You can note items you are alching so you can alch without banking over and over
Wow that’s so nice! Has it always being like that I swear you couldn’t do that before?! 😅 that makes the high Alchemy method A LOT more appealing! I’ll add it to the updates list for the video! Cheers for the comment calebmichael4741 😁😁😁👍👍👍
Yeah its amazing for multi tasking agility in p2p alch between each action
I have seen people doing that and did wonder 😅 I swear back in the day you needed the actual item…
Jugs or buckets, and then fill them with water sells for a decent amount with little effort, just manually filling them all
Nice AntiSora! You’re not the first person to suggest this, do you have a best spot? Or do you just buy from the GE and use the closest water point?
@TheLumbridgeKnight For f2p I think the closest bank to water is ge bank to castle fountain, if you highlight the fountain with runelite, then you can basically make it a one click method
Ahh sweet, I’ll give it a try! thanks 😁👍
Closest in f2p is falador NW bank, to a water fountain spigot. It used to be the bank chest and fountain in lumbridge castle on PVP worlds, but they changed that at some point so you either can't use the fountain, or some other restriction to it. It might still be, but definitely used to be one of the biggest bot farms you could find.
merry Christmas lumbridge knight
Merry Christmas to you too sergekentdonio6973!! Have a good one man! And a Happy New Year to you too! 🎉🎉🎉
im brand new to this game so this helps alot thank you!
No problem at all 2KGoons18! 😁 Glad the video has helped and thank you for your comment 👍👍👍
The pie method did not work with me. I cant seem to buy the items at the GE. Perhaps supply is too low for the amount of people trying to buy it?
That could be true, it’s definitely a problem that a lot of the GE methods kinda depend on how many people are using that method, too many and it crashes the price and demand making it hard to sell. There’s also a limit on the pie dishes for this one so you can only buy 500 every 4 hours, so it’s best to leave a big order on the go in advance of making the pie dishes. Always check the margins on OSRS Wiki too!
Why not use 14 each for the pie method? There are 28 spots right?
Oh no 😢 😅 what a fool! I only watched the video 3 times checking for mistakes 🤣🤦🏻♂️ Definitely do 14 not 13!
Haha no problem! I just thought maybe there was a good reason I didn't know about.
Was just looking for this comment lol
Haha no I think I brainwashed myself into imagining I had something in my inventory 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😅😅😅
High Alching items is a great method, or are you trying to be a pure skiller?
so im actually coming back to the game after a bit and before I was making about 200k+ profit with diamond necklaces which got me up to 5mill (back when a bond was round 6mill) but got burnt out and now that I want to come back I wonder if its still profitable
ive just did the math rn im still making okay profit about 130k with insta selling and maybe a bit more if I try and sell at a higher margin
Ahh fair one, you just buying the cut dimonds and gold, then making necklaces to sell? 🤔 you should try selling at Grums in Port Sarim, might make an extra 500 coins per necklace depending on his stock levels.
ooo ty ill try that!

Is telekinetic grab on wine of zamorak a good GP/hr method?
Looks like a good method if you ask me I’ll have to do some in game testing to confirm and give a more accurate figure but, on paper it looks pretty good 👍 Hope that makes sense man 😅
Do you have a guide for p2p?
Yo Pulpswo! I am going to start P2P guides soon! (Hopefully) 😂😅
How to defealt click options in runelite , last bonus section
Unfortunately you can’t always do it for everything, but you can see and set the options holding ‘shift key’, then ‘right clicking’ I think 🤔 it might just be a left click
Nice guide, ty!
Glad you enjoyed! Thank you for the support!
How do you sell the items on the GE - in bulk or 1 by 1?
u can buy-sell them in bulk, but there is a buying limit to each item, eg. you can buy 70 rune shields a day, this daily limiter is set to make sure rich people dont destroy the economy plus new players will keep buying items to alch and make prices fluctuate like crazy, i hope i was able to be coherant and helpful enough, english is my 2nd language...
im gonna try the beer method XD
Let me know how that one goes! As far as I could see this was something I came up with (getting it from the party room in falador anyway) I did tests and it seemed promising, just wondering how consistent the price will be! Good luck making some dollar I hope it works out 👍👍😁😁
How much capital do you need for the pie method?
You can definitely start with small quantities if you need to, but you probably want to do it in batches of 500 due to the buy limits, so by my calculations I’d recommend about 150k, depending on market costs you might need a bit more or a bit less 👍🤔
@@TheLumbridgeKnight cool thanks, was gifted 200k and was told if I do this method I could double my money
Yeah you should be fine with 200k bud, just remember that’s there’s a 500 limit on pie dishes so you can only buy 500 every 4 hours. If you want more I’d maybe leave an open order over night or something 😁👍
@@TheLumbridgeKnight thanks so much. Getting a taste for this game and seeing if it's work buying a bond or grinding it
Grinding is a fair old amount of work but if you want to try membership for free it’s a fair option 👍😅 just a shame the bonds have gotten so expensive they were more like 4 mil this time last year
Im trying to get bond thru woodcutting
I’ve not tried that properly, I think it’s definitely possible but I think you need a really high w/c lvl to make it really profitable 🤔 how are you finding it?
leave some skill focus high alchemy if your magic is low lvl by telekinesis wine of zamok you can earn magic exp while making money you need 53 magic for high alchemy and it's by far best f2p money making
I’m osra f2p player and got stuck around 3’7Mill. I feel like the progress is so slow
Yeah it definitely gets very grindy… especially in F2P… 😅
@@TheLumbridgeKnight yeah I've thought about dual boxing this game, but I'm just... Nah lmao
aww I'm too lazy for that as well! Minimum clicks is how I like to play 😅😅😅
@TheLumbridgeKnight it would be crazy profitable though, but yeah, if I had two accounts I'd feel like I have to make them both level and skill up and stuff or it would just feel wrong, plus it's so much more work lol.
Pro Tip:
If you wanna make money from the GE like a RS player. You have to *think* like a RS player.
Small Example:
If you catch ALOT of fish.
And the same goes for things like un-smelted iron, etc. etc.
So, I guess it comes down to "What are you in the mood for?"
Grinding XP?
Or, making money?
Remember... The GE is trading with real people.
Nobody is going to buy junk. (Unless bots are buying junk for some reason.)
If it's an item that is useful to you, chances are it's useful to everybody else.
Most of these methods Ive tried and they dont work
Hello Ryan, for the video I tested all these methods and they worked. What issues are you having?
Better run these methods now bois the prices are only gonna go down
Yo morrisdennison! How's it going?
Hopefully the price of beers wont fall too much 😅😅😅 I think the other methods are reasonably well known so prices will hopefully but reasonably reliable... 😬😬😬 Thanks for the comment brother!! 👍👍👍

Yeah I’m not sure what the best long term strategy is but what you’re thinking sounds like it should work well! Like, buy a few k at a time and only sell when the GE price hits around 200+ coins 🤔👍

Cca 100hour to bond 😢
Yeah I recon atm Pie Shells are your fastest rate at about 300k coins/ph, which is like 34 hours of gameplay, so probably about a weeks worth of solid grafting... Ill keep an eye out for faster methods, but its difficult given how expensive bonds are now... Thanks for the comment man! Good luck if you're going after a bond! 👍👍👍
i came back to game ant bond now 9 mil and my money burned because i left with bonds on
Yeah tell me about it Arch2Q89!

I have a video on 10 tips for new members that might help you 👍 ruclips.net/video/NCL2_C0wR14/видео.htmlsi=5rmMJjRfVFzaZSAM In short I’d pass the time doing quests when you get bored, but try to focus initially on unlocking transportation routes as it just makes life so much easier. yo i think im first
I believe you are indeed 😁👍 Thanks for the comment man 👍👍
yeah good luck getting 10 million gp for a bond
Yeah I think farming a bond is a big ask in terms of grinding one out. Making this video I think the best way to get a bond nowadays would be to save up a good amount of money say 10 mil and then leave some open orders for items with buy limits on them. Go away for a week come back sell the items to the vendors and if you’ve gone big enough you should have made a good amount of money. Do this a few times and after all this grinding you will have enough for multiple bonds. Then once you’re in P2P you can potentially look to earn the money there as it’s a lot easier to maintain from that side than F2P… There might be another video in that 🤔😅
Would it be better to sell Dwarven Stout which is currently 285gp on GE?
Yo man could be a good shout! Can you buy them quickly? The reason I picked beers was cos you can buy them quick in the party room bar, but the problem with most money making techniques in OSRS is if it gets popular enough the price drops and it’s not as worthwhile. Try it if you’re the only one doing it you should make some good money! I hope it works out! 👍👌
