Wilderness has some great loot if you are willing to risk it in emptier servers. Lava maze has Earth Staff and Steel Plate Body that give 900/1200 gold when high alchemy are used. A little bit north of Ferox Enclave are Steel Plate Legs that cost 600 gold. Lastly, if you need a good steel weapon for free, north-east of chaos temple is a Steel Sword. As for Runes, Dark warrior Fortress north of Monk monastery has all runes except Death rune that can be crucial for early magic training. Little bit further is Bandit camp that is great for making Meat and anchovy pizzas (the pond allows net fishing) plus Fat Tony already has pizza bases available in bulks (45 cooking needed atleast). For Ultimate ironmen, there is a sapphire in deep wilderness on spider hill little north of moss giants who wish to make magic amulet early on or after death. Graveyard of shadows should have medium iron helm and north-east at Chaos dwarf camp there should be Iron Kiteshield dropped. Point is, those who are willing to risk it, can obtain amazing free loot early on in wilderness, so maybe make a video about all the loot spawns and how to safely obtain them without running into PKers or how to quickly get away from them if possible. It doesn't have to be wilderness alone, there are many other great items dropped around the world that are iron or steel like iron axe in moss giant dungeon in varrock sewers.

Important note - you must use a raw sardine when seasoning with the dongle leaves. I used a regular sardine and I spent 10 minutes looking for the kitten which of course I couldn't find it cuz I didn't use a raw sardine but I didn't know that until extensive research. You must use a raw sardine.
