It's the Murdoch media that's being defunded whilst the ABC moves from strength. All the funnelling of taxpayer money to News Corp has stopped. Sky News has been switched off at all Airports around Australia and at the National Parliament. Rupert flings away billions on settling defamation suits with Dominion and Smartmatic. Subscriptions to Sky News is stuck on around 20,000. Hopefully the picture is fairly clear.
Between the hags on "The View" and George Stuffitupyourass, ABC is trying to out-bias both CNN and MSNBC with their leftist air pollution.

People have a misconception about the Ombudsman. I've had several dealings with them over the years. They don't act like a police force, instead they usually sidestep any employee or internal department involved in mispropriety or misconduct, finding some other department or mediator to hose down and resolve the complaint.

It is appalling the crazy ABC bias in favour of the YES vote in the referendum. I have always been a ABC watcher simply because I hate advertisements. I find myself turning to my paid programming instead. Some time in the future the ABC will be looking for support from the public when the LNP start cutting their budget, that support may not be forthcoming, pretty short sighted!

I was a constant ABC listener for decades. I would listen to hours of ABC radio every day. I thought I was well informed. Then in 2016 when Trump was running for the first time I was disgusted by the relentless ABC propaganda against him and his supporters. I would guess how long it would be until there was an anti-Trump item. It was rarely more than five minutes, and very often less than one. I cannot bring myself to listen to their pious claptrap any more.

Since I live in the U.S. I admit I don't know anything about the Voice, or care to. However, if the left supports it, it can't be a good idea and therefore should be shunned by Australians.
Oh, how the ABC has changed. For most of my 76 years I was confident in the integrity of that Australian institution. Yes, for most of that time one could sense that the 'proper' journalism, which was the norm at the ABC, included thorough and unbiased research. Now we experience 'agenda' based presentations. Now the ABC attempts to shape opinions rather than inform them. I do not trust the journalism at this institution anymore. For me that means I have not viewed the ABC (or SBS for that matter) for at least 5 years, and frankly I would not care if they were sold off or closed down.

I’m not sure they are biased but it’s just typical journalism nowadays where they just repeat the standard lines of commentators. I haven’t heard anyone ask the people in charge of the country (the government) to explain what specific things they will do to solve the genuine problems being raised by the aboriginal community. The last thing we need is another expensive talk fest in Canberra that achieves nothing on the ground and sucks up all the budget to get things done. Setting up a committee doesn’t solve a problem. If the answers are so easy what are they?
