What temp is your grill typically?
Around 425 degrees. If the griddle is not hot enough, you won't get a nice evenly colored burger crust.
What seasoning do you use for your burgers?
Kinders Caramelized Onion Butter Seasoning. I get it from Walmart or Sam's Club. It's pretty good. Yet also just salt and pepper works just fine.

How do you get the burgers not to stick?
Smash burger requires high temperatures and the right amount of smash pressure. It took me a while to figure it out. I hope that makes sense.

@ImYoutubing247 Yes wax paper too. I forgot to mention that. Otherwise it does stick to the smasher tool when you pull away.
