Almost 10 years ago, when I was 14. They really did save my life. Their songs resonated with me and made me feel like I wasn't going through shit alone. Their song "Perfect" was one of those songs that made me feel like what I was going through wasn't crazy. "Untitled," "Welcome to My Life," "Shut Up," and "I'm Just a Kid," were my playlist that year. Thank you Simple Plan.

The thing about this song that really freaking rocks is that it's relevant to all music and all Bands. It shows how much music saves. How much music saves when words fail. I love Simple Plan so much over the 13 years that I have listened to them. This isn't their first song that I've been speechless the first time I hear it and it won't be the last.
This song literally did save my life one day.. It was when I had my first ever serious suicidal thought, then all I heard was the piano in the start of the song. That was almost 2 and a half years ago now.. I've been into Simple Plan for 5 years now, and not until that moment did this band and song bring a whole new purpose into my life

I've been listening to Simple Plan for about ten years now - I first found them when I was 14 and passing through a very hard time of my life. As so many other fans of the band, their music helped me (and my best friend, also having a hard moment then) go through it all - suicidal thoughts included. After that, I wanted so hard to learn to really speak English so I could thank them and, up until now, three shows later, havent had the chance of doing it. The fact that they made this song puts my heart so much at ease - just because they know it. I dont need to tell them because they already know it all
The first time I heard simple plan was 1 year ago. I'm not depressing, but their song make me so much more happy... I don't know, when I play the music I feel in my home, in my own world. Well, the feeling is unexplainable. Sorry for my bad English, I'm just a kid learning English =)

I love how girls go crazy for JB just for repeating the word "Baby" over and over. This song is so much better and it shows that this band is capable of so much more than JB... I'm surprised hardly anyone at my school knows who Simple Plan is. As of this post, this song has 1,517,615 where as "Baby" has over 1.15 billion.. the hell..

music impacts people differently, some people dont have anything but music, so music can save their life. some people dont understand what its like to have nothing and no one ever there for you. music is the cure to "heart break" , "hopelessness", " utter disaster". for me music did save me and it pains me when i see others who just dont understand or havnt experienced it.

I am the younger sister of a fan that appeared in this video clip seven years ago. she was at my age at that time. nowadays i look back at this video and, having known her story, what she’s been through and what she could possibly have done because of her depression, I am eternally grateful for simple plan for saving my sister’s life when she was at her lowest. I can not imagine how important was for her to be in this video clip and how literal every single word of this song meant for her. Thank you simple plan.

Many people are ashamed of their angsty teen phase and what they listened to back then. I'm not. Simple Plan was right there beside me as I discovered all the ways the world had lied to me as a child. Total strangers who may as well have been from another world, calling out from the void with, well, a simple message:
"You're right, it *doesn't* make sense."
I don't relate as much to those songs these days, but they were and still are irreplaceable to me. Thank you, Simple Plan.
This song is basically a love song from all the people saved by music. It is for all bands out there that have music that touched our hearts and souls whether they be Linkin Park, Simple Plan, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Black Veil Brides, Lonestar, (try to tell me you can listen to I'm already there and not cry you lying SOB), and so many other bands. My grandfather had end stage colon cancer. My hero my idol the strongest man i knew. He was my superman.....he died june 8th 2014.....I watched as my hero slowly withered away due to cancer and chemo. When he passed away i had no idea what to do with my life. I decided to listen to bands i liked back in high school and this song came on the auto play. I just stopped. It described perfectly how i felt. Lost broken insecure and unsure about life. It gave me hope knowing i wasnt alone that there were others who felt as i do and maybe one day things would be better.
